Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noteikt tiešsaistes pārtikas iepirkšanās pašreizējo stāvokli, tostarp indivīdu motivāciju iepirkties tiešsaistē un iegādāto pārtikas veidu veidus; identificēt potenciālos solījumus un nepilnības, ko tiešsaistes pārtikas preču iepirkšanās var piedāvāt pārtikas un dzērienu iegādei. Pētījuma teorētiskajā daļā analizētas zinātniskās publikācijas par e-komercijas nozīmīgumu mūsdienu uzņēmējdarbībā, to ietekmi uz patērētāju, un pārtikas tiešsaistes interneta veiklu biznesa modeļu attīstību. Darba otrajā daļā autore analizējusi konkrētos faktorus un pārtikas veikalu piedāvājumu internetā, lai izvērtētu iespējas patērētājiem un galvenos iespējamos virzītājspēkus pārtikas preču iegādei interneta vietnēs. Baklaura darba trešajā daļā ietverti autores izstrādātās un realizētās aptaujas rezultāti par pārtikas iegādi internetā aktualitāti, pieredzi un galvenajām problēmām. Darbs sastāv no 68 lapām, 3 attēliem, 15 tabulām un 5 pielikumiem. The purpose of the bachelor's thesis is to determine the current state of online grocery shopping, including the motivation of individuals to purchase groceries online and the type of food from them; and identifying potential solutions and minorities, online grocery shopping offers with food and beverages. The theoretical part of the study analyzes scientific publications on the importance of ecommerce for modern business to consumers, and the development of grocery business online model globally. In the second part of these thesis, the author pays attention to the specific factors discussed in the careful analysis in order to understand the need of consumers and the main driving force of purchasing groceries online. The third part of the bachelor's thesis will provide the author's contribution to the electronic survey on the groceries purchase on the Internet, the experience and the main problems that arise when buying food in online stores. The work consists of 68 pages, 3 figures, 15 tables and 5 appendices
