Motivācijas sekmēšana 3.-4. klašu skolēniem vizuālās mākslas stundās

Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir Motivācijas sekmēšana 3. - 4. klašu skolēniem vizuālās mākslas stundās, tāpēc darba mērķis ir teorētiski noskaidrot un praktiski pārbaudīt 3. – 4. klašu skolēnu motivācijas sekmēšanu vizuālās mākslas stundās. Darba autors Mārīte Ogorodnikova Darbs sastāv no trīs sadaļām. Pirmajā sadaļā analizētas pedagoģijas un psiholoģijas zinātnieku atziņas par motivācijas sekmēšanu, raksturots sākumskolas skolēnu vecumposms. Otrajā sadaļā sniegts raksturojums par vizuālās mākslas mācību priekšmeta saturu un par iespējām, izmantojot dažādas darba metodes, formas un paņēmienus, sekmēt motivāciju. Trešajā sadaļā veikts empīriskais pētījums par motivācijas sekmēšanu vizuālās mākslas stundās 3. – 4. klašu skolēniem. Pētījumā sākotnēji izstrādāti motivācijas sekmēšanas kritēriji un rādītāji. Balstoties uz izstrādātajiem motivācijas sekmēšanas kritērijiem un rādītājiem, tika izvērtēti motivācijas sekmēšanas līmeņi. Skolēnu motivācijas sekmēšanas līmeņu vērtēšanā izmantota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode – aptauja un kvalitatīvās pētniecības metodes - pedagoģiskais vērojums un bērnu darbu analīze. Izmantojot daudzveidīgas metodes un darba formas un, izvirzot mērķtiecīgus ”spēles” noteikumus, pētījuma laikā skolēnos radīta interese, tādējādi sekmējot motivācijas attīstību. Pētījuma rezultātā pierādījās, ka skolēni izvirzot stundas uzdevumus un sasniedzamo rezultātu, gūst pārliecību par saviem spēkiem un ar prieku iesaistās mācību procesā. Darba apjoms ir 71 lpp. Tajā iekļauti 14 attēli, 2 tabulas, 10 pielikumi, izmantotas 40 bibliogrāfiskā saraksta vienības.

The title of the Paper is Improving Motivation in Arts Lessons of Form 3 and 4 Students. Author Marite Ogorodnikova. The aim of the Paper is to study in theory and check in practice Form 3 and 4 students’ improvement of motivation in Arts lessons of Form 3 and 4 students. The Paper consists of three chapters. In the first chapter the findings of pedagogy and psychology scientists on the facilitating motivation are studied, the age of primary school pupils is characterised. In the second chapter the syllabus of the Arts subject and the description of possibilities to facilitate motivation by using various working methods, forms and techniques are provided. In the third chapter the empirical study on improvement of motivation in Arts lessons of Form 3 and 4 students has been performed. First, the facilitating criteria and indicators were developed. Based on the facilitating criteria and indicators the levels of motivation facilitation were evaluated. In the evaluation of the levels of motivation facilitation quantitative and qualitative research methods were used – children's surveys, observation and analyses of children’s work. By using different methods and work forms and by setting the rules of the game in terms of the research the interest was generated in children, thus improving the motivation. The results of the research prove that by setting the lesson objectives and learning intentions students improve confidence and engage in the learning process with joy. The Paper consists of 71 pages. It includes 14 pictures, 2 tables, 10 appendices, 40 the list of bibliographic items used.
