Darba tēma paredz pētīt skolēnu sagatavotību pašaizsardzībai, nozīmīga ir skolēnu spēja adekvāti reaģēt bīstamās situācijās. Autors pēta, kā īstenojas pašaizsardzības elementu iekļaušana sporta stundās. Pētījuma hipotēze: Sporta stundās skolēni nepietiekami apgūst pašaizsardzības prasmes, spēju tās lietot riska situācijās. Ja sporta stundās palielinātos uzdevumi ar pašaizsardzības prasmju iekļaušanu, skaidrotu to pielietojumu, skolēni justos sagatavoti pašaizsardzības jautājumos. Teorētiskā daļa par pašaizsardzības, pašapziņas jēdziena skaidrojumu pedagoģiskajā literatūrā, pašaizsardzības elementiem sportā. Praktiski pētnieciskajā daļā ir pētīta skolēnu izpratne par pašaizsardzības jautājumiem un drošības elementu apguvi sporta stundās. Secinājums, ka pašaizsardzības un drošības jautājumi skolēniem ir aktuāli. Skolēniem ir negatīva pieredze, jo ir piedzīvojuši uzbrukumu no vienaudžiem, dzīvniekiem. Skolēni atzīst, ka pašaizsardzības apguve sporta stundās nav pietiekama, tiem nav izpratne, kā sporta stundās gūtā pieredze izmantojama praksē. The topic of the work is to study the Students preparedness for self-defense, the Students ability to respond adequately to dangerous situations is important. The author studies how the inclusion of self-defense elements in sports lessons is implemented. Research hypothesis: In sports lessons, students do not sufficiently acquire self-defense skills, the ability to use them in risk situations. If the tasks in sports lessons with the inclusion of self-defense skills increase, explain their application, students would feel prepared for self-defense issues. Theoretical part is about the explanation of the concept of self-defense, self-confidence in the pedagogical literature, elements of self-defense in sports. In the practical part of the research, the students understanding of self-defense issues and acquisition of safety elements in sports lessons. Conclusion that self-defense and safety issues are relevant for students. Students have a negative experience because they have experienced an attack from peers, animals. Students admit that learning self-defense in sports lessons is not enough, they do not understand how the experience gained in sports lessons can be used in practice.
