Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Komunikācijas instrumentu pielietojums zīmolu pārveides gadījumā: "TV3 Group" piemērs Latvijā”. Bakalaura darba primārais mērķis ir veikt mediju grupas “TV3 Group” komunikācijas instrumentu analīzi zīmolu pārveides procesos. Bakalaura darba sekundārais mērķis ir noteikt, kā dažādu zīmolu komunikācijas stratēģija ietekmē patērētāju informētību par zīmolu pārveides procesiem. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek apskatītas tādas nodaļas, kā zīmols, zīmolvedība, zīmola pārveide, mārketings, mārketinga komunikācija, integrētā mārketinga komunikācijas koncepcija. Darba pētnieciskajā daļā tiek apkopota un salīdzināta zīmolu komunikācija, veiktas aptaujas ar klientiem, veikta datu interpretācija, atbildot uz izvirzītājiem pētnieciskajiem jautājumiem, kā arī izdarīti secinājumi. Darbā tika secināts, ka kampaņa interneta vidē daļai klientu ir atstājusi noteiktas zināšanas par zīmolu pārveidi. Katrs klients vairāk vai mazāk ir labi informēts par sava pakalpojuma sniedzēja zīmola pārveidi, bet kā uzrāda aptaujas dati, tad uzskatāma kļūst tendence, ka klienti nav pietiekami informēti par tiem mediju grupas zīmoliem, kuru klienti viņi nav. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Application of communication tools in case of the rebrand: the example of "TV3 Group" in Latvia". The primary goal of the bachelor's thesis is to analyse the use of communication tools in the case of rebranding the “TV3 Group” several brands. The secondary goal of the bachelor's thesis is to determine how the communication strategy of different brands affects consumers awareness of brand transformation processes. The theoretical part of the work deals with such chapters as brand, brand management, rebranding, marketing, marketing communication, the concept of integrated marketing communication. The research part of the work summarizes and compares brand communication, conducts surveys with customers, interprets data and gives answers to research questions, as well as draws conclusions. The paper concluded that the campaign in the digital environment has left some customers with certain knowledge about brand transformation. Every customer is more or less well informed about the rebranding of their service provider, but as the survey data show, there is a tendency that customers are not sufficiently informed about rebranding process of the brands for which they are not customers.
