Abstract

Maģistra darba temats - „Skolēnu adaptācijas veicināšana pārejas posmā no pirmsskolas uz sākumskolu“. Maģistra darbā pētīts, kādi faktori atvieglo skolēnu adaptāciju pārejas posmā no pirmsskolas uz sākumskolu. No iegūtajām atziņām secināts, ka vislabāk adaptācijas process notiek, ja ir veiksmīga sadarbība ne tikai starp pedagogiem, bet procesā iesaistot arī atbalsta personālu un vecākus. Maģistra darba pētnieciskais jautājums: Kā atvieglot skolēnu adaptāciju pārejas periodā? Mērķis: Noskaidrot faktorus, kas veicina skolēnu adaptāciju pārejas posmā no pirmsskolas uz sākumskolu. Maģistra darbu veido divas daļas: Teorētiskā daļa - apkopota informācija par bērnu vecumposma īpatnību raksturojumu pārejas posmā un pedagogu sadarbību skolēnu adaptācijas kontekstā. Praktiski pētnieciskā daļa - veiktas piecu skolas darbinieku intervijas un to analīze. Izstrādāti ieteikumi pedagogiem, vecākiem un izglītības iestāžu vadītājiem. The topic of the master paper - „Teacher collaboration in promoting students‘ adaptation in transition stages from preschool to elementary school“. The paper researches which factors facilitate students‘ adaptation in transition stages from preschool to elementary school. The author comes to a conclusion that the adaptation process is successful if there is a rewarding collaboration not only between teachers but if parents and support personnel are also involved. The research question of the paper is: How to ease students‘ adaptation in the transition stages? The aim: To elucidate factors that promote students‘ adaptation in transition stages from preschool to elementary school. The paper consists of two parts: The theoretical part - sums up information about pupils‘ age group features and teachers‘ collaboration in the context of students‘ adaptation. The practical research part - five interviews with staff members and their analysis. Recommendations to teachers, parents and heads of educational institutions.
