Kosmētisko līdzekļu fitotoksicitātes pārbaude ar Spirodelu laboratorijas kultūru

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā analizētas ūdensziedu Spirodela polyhriza laboratorijas kultūras izmantošanas rezultāti kosmētikas līdzekļu fitotoksicitātes testēšanai. Apkopota informācija par kosmētikas līdzekļu vēsturisko attīstību un mūsdienu industriju, par tajos esošajām kaitīgajām vielām, to ietekmi uz veselību, par bioindikāciju un ūdenszieda laboratorijas kultūras izmantošanas iespējām. Fitotoksicitāte noteikta in vitro 6 paraugiem, no kuriem 3 ir tradicionālās un 3 ir dabiskās kosmētikas paraugi. Tiek secināts, ka dabiskās un tradicionālās kosmētikas testēšanā spirodelu īpašības atšķiras minimāli, rezultātu ticamībai pētījums ir jāatkārto. Nozīmīgi tiek ietekmētas tikai spirodelu lapiņu izmērs un nekrozes gadījumu skaits.

The bachelor's thesis "Phytotoxicity Testing of Cosmetic Products with Spirodela laboratory culture" summerizes the material on cosmetics development and the modern industry, on cosmetic toxicology and their effects on health, including the use of bioindication methods and duckweed Spirodela polyrhiza laboratory culture usage options. Samples of both traditional and natural cosmetics were analyzed. Testing Spirodela polyrhiza possible usage as an in vitro method for the asessment of cosmetic toxicity. The phytotest was performed on 6 cosmetic samples: 3 traditonal and 3 natural products It is concluded that in the testing of natural and traditional cosmetics the properties of duckweed Spirodela polyrhiza differ minimally, for the reliability of the results the study must be repeated. Only the size of the spirodel leaves and the number of necrosis cases are significantly affected.
