Magnētiskās rezonanses priekšrocības salīdzinot ar mamogrāfijas tomosintēzi pie krūts ļaundabīga audzēja

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir magnētiskās rezonanses priekšrocības salīdzinot ar mamogrāfijas tomosintēzi pie krūts ļaundabīga audzēja. Krūts vēzis ir viens no izplatītākajiem ļaundabīgiem audzējiem Latvijā saskaņā ar Slimību profilakses un kontroles centra datiem. Darba mērķis: Izpētīt magnētiskās rezonanses priekšrocības salīdzinot ar mamogrāfijas tomosintēzi, lai noskaidrotu diagnostisko izmeklējumu atšķirības pie krūts ļaundabīga audzēja. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir apkopot literatūru un zinātniskos avotus par krūts anatomiju un krūts ļaundabīgo audzēju, salīdzināt magnētiskās rezonansi un mamogrāfijas tomosintēzes efektivitāti pie krūts onkoloģijas. Pētījuma metode ir retrospektīva kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode. Pētījuma instruments krūts magnētiskās rezonanses un mamogrāfijas tomosintēzes izmeklējuma kvalitātes tabula un salīdzināt divas metodes balstoties uz literatūras avotiem. Pētījuma jautājums: Vai magnētiskā rezonanses izmeklējums ir informatīvāks salīdzinot ar mamogrāfijas tomosintēzi pie krūts ļaundabīga audzēja? Darba izpildes laikā tika veikti secinājumi, ka abas diagnostiskās metodes papildina vienu otru.

The topic of the bachelor's work is the advantages of magnetic resonance imaging compared to mammography tomosynthesis imaging method used in malignant tumor of the breast. Breast cancer is one of the most common malignancies in Latvia, according to the Center for Disease Prevention and Control. The aim of the work: To study the advantages of magnetic resonance imaging in comparison with mammography tomosynthesis in order to find out the differences of diagnostic examinations in breast malignancy. The tasks of the research are to compile literature and scientific sources on breast anatomy and breast malignancy, to compare magnetic resonance imaging and the efficiency of mammography tomosynthesis in breast oncology. The research method is a retrospective qualitative research method.The research tool is a quality table of the breast magnetic resonance and mammography tomosynthesis examination and the comparision of two methods based on literature sources. The question of the research: Is magnetic resonance imaging more informative than mammography tomosynthesis in breast cancer? During the work, it was concluded that both diagnostic methods complement each other.
