Mugurkaula datortomogrāfijas izmeklējuma protokols skoliozes gadījumā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ’’Mugurkaula datortomogrāfijas izmeklējuma protokols skoliozes gadījumā’’. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka Latvijā ik gadu tiek atklāti 70 jauni skoliozes gadījumi. Skoliozes pakāpes noteikšanā un turpmākā ārstēšanā ir svarīgi veikt radioloģsku izmeklējumu. Darba teorētiskajā daļā aprakstīta mugurkaula normāla anatamomija un rentgenanatomija, mugurkaula deformācijas - skoliozes etioloģija un cēloņi, kā arī mugurkaula datortomogrāfijas izmeklējums. Darba pētījuma daļa sastāv no kvalitatīva pētījuma metodes, kura ietvaros tika analizēta zinātniskā literatūra par mugurkaula datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumiem. Darba mērķis: izveidot mugurkaula datortomogrāfijas izmeklējuma protokolu pacientiem ar skoliozes mugurkaula deformāciju. Darba apjoms ir 29 lapaspuses, tas sastāv no 4 nodaļām un 8 apakšnodaļām, veikti secinājumi un izmantoti 24 literatūras avoti.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Spine computed tomography examination protocol in case of scoliosis". The topicality of the topic is determined by the fact that 70 new cases of scoliosis are discovered in Latvia every year. Radiological examination is important in determining the degree of scoliosis and in subsequent treatment. The theoretical part of the work describes the normal anatomy and X-ray anatomy of the spine, the etiology and causes of spinal deformities - scoliosis, as well as the examination of computed tomography of the spine. The composition of the components of the research is not a qualitative research method, which is based on the analyzed scientific literature on computed tomography examinations of the spine. Aim of the work: to create a spinal computed tomography examination protocol larger with scoliosis spinal deformity. The volume of the work is 29 pages, it consists of 4 chapters and 8 subsections, draws conclusions and 24 literature sources.
