Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir – māsu motivācija dienestam Sauszemes spēku mehanizētajā kājnieku brigādē. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot un aprakstīt dienošo māsu motivāciju dienestam Sauszemes spēku mehanizētajā kājinieku brigādē un to ietekmējošos faktorus. Pētījumā izmantota kvalitatīvā pētīšanas metode, pētījuma instruments – intervija. Darbā izmantota Kalistas Rojas māszinību teorija. The title of the bachelor's work is the motivation of the nurses for the service in the Land force mechanised infantry brigade. The aim of the work is to clarify and describe the motivation of the nurses to serve in the Land force mechanized infantry brigade and the factors affecting it. The study uses the qualitative study method, the study tool – interview. The work uses Calista Roy’s nurse theory. Question raised by paper is: What factors influence the motivation of nurses to serve in the land force mechanised infantry brigade? Analysing the data obtained in the study, it can be concluded that the main factors affecting the desire to serve in the Land force mechanised infantry brigade are stable salary and social guarantees, growth and career opportunities, the specificity and dynamism of the service, the support of the other service memebers, ability to work in a team (teamwork) , the assessment of the education gained and the work involved.
