Bakalaura darba tēma ir – “Holistiskā pieeja onkohematoloģijas pacientu aprūpē.” Darba mērķis ir holistiskās pieejas izzināšana un tās īstenošana onkohematoloģijas pacientu aprūpē māsu praksē ikdienā. Pētījuma uzdevumi - analizēt literatūru un R. Pārsas teorijas pielietojumu darba tēmas kontekstā, izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu, veikt intervijas, apkopot, aprakstīt un analizēt rezultātus. Pētījuma jautājums - Kāda ir holistiskā pieeja onkohematoloģijas pacientu aprūpē? Darbā izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode. Pētniecības instruments – intervijas jautājumi. Pētījums atspoguļo onkohematoloģijas pacientu aprūpes problēmas, to risināšanas iespējas, veidus kā izzināt individuālās vajadzības, māsu izpratni par pacientu visaptverošu aprūpi un tās īstenošanu. Thesis topic - “A holistic approach to the care of oncohematology patients”. The objective of the thesis is to explore holistic approach and implement it in daily care of oncohematology patients in nursing practice. Study tasks - to analyze the literature and application of R. Parse theory in the context of the study topic, develop a research tool, conduct interviews, summarize and analyze the results. Study question - What is the holistic approach to the care of oncohematology patients? The qualitative research method is used in the study. Study tool - interview questions. The study reflects the problems of oncohematology patient care, their solutions, ways to find out individual needs, as well as nurse understanding of comprehensive patient care and its implementation.
