Ar ārpakalpojumu grāmatvežu licencēšanas ieviešanu, negodīgu un nelegālu darījumu atpazīšanas būtiskumu, ir aktualizējies jautājums par LR normatīvo aktu regulējuma ietekmi uz ārpakalpojumu grāmatvedības sniedzēju ētiskas rīcības attīstību. Pētījuma mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz LR un ES normatīvo aktu, ētikas kodeksa, fundamentāliem un lietišķiem pētījumiem, noskaidrot, kādi normatīvo akti regulē ārpakalpojumu grāmatvedību, kā ir pieaugušas tajā ietvertās prasības un izpētīt starptautiskā profesionālu grāmatvežu ētikas kodeksa pielietošanas praksi ārpakalpojuma grāmatvedībā Baltijas valstīs un sniegt ieteikumus sistēmas pilnveidošanai. Autore konstatējusi, ka Starptautiskā profesionālu grāmatvežu ētika kodeksa obligātu pielietošanu ārpakalpojumu grāmatvedībā atzīst 70% no ārpakalpojumu grāmatvežiem, bet tikai 50% ārpakalpojumu grāmatveži to pielieto savā praksē un normatīvo aktu prasības, ir kļuvušas stingrākas un plašākas. Autore izstrādājusi priekšlikumus ārpakalpojumu grāmatvedības sistēmas pilnveidošanai. With the introduction of licensing of outsourced accountants, growth of importance of the recognition of unfair and illegal transactions, the impact of the regulatory framework of the Republic of Latvia on the development of ethical conduct of outsourced accounting providers has become topical. The aim of the research is to find out, on the basis of the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia and the EU, the Code of Ethics, fundamental and applied researches, which regulatory enactments regulate outsourced accounting, how the requirements have increased and to study the practice of applying the International Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants in outsourced accounting in the Baltic States and to provide recommendations for improvement of the system. The author has found out that mandatory use of the International Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants in outsourced accounting are considered by 70% of outsourced accountants, but only 50% of outsourced accountants apply it in their practice and the requirements of regulatory enactments, have become stricter and broader. The author has developed proposals for improvement of the outsourced accounting system.
