VSIA "Latvijas Koncerti" finanšu analīze un attīstības iespēju izvērtējums

Pēdējos gados vērojama iedzīvotāju pastiprināta interese par kultūras un mākslas pasākumiem. Kultūras un radošās industrijas nozare ir starpnozaru, radot pozitīvu ekonomisko iespaidu uz ekonomiku un ar to saistītajām nozarēm. Covid-19 pandēmijas dēļ nozares darbība ir būtiski ierobežota, un uzņēmumu finansiālā situācija ir apdraudēta. Pētījuma mērķis - balstoties uz finanšu analīzes teorētisko aspektu raksturojumu, novērtēt VSIA “Latvijas Koncerti” finansiālo stāvokli un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tā tālākai attīstībai. Pētījuma rezultātā autore konstatēja šādas galvenās nepilnības – uzņēmuma neto apgrozījums samazinās un kreditoru īpatsvars bilancē aug, radot bažas par uzņēmuma finansiālo drošību, un izstrādāja priekšlikumus to novēršanai. In recent years, there has been growing interest of community in cultural and artistic events. The cultural and creative industry is cross-sectoral, it generates a positive economic impact on the economy and related sectors. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the sector’s activities have been severely limited, and the financial situation of companies is at risk. The aim of the study is to assess the financial situation of State LLC (VSIA) “Latvijas Koncerti” and to develop proposals for its further development based on the theoretical aspects of financial analysis. As a result of the study, the author identified the following main weaknesses: the company’s net turnover is decreasing and the proportion of creditors in the balance sheet is increasing, raising concerns about the company’s financial security. The author developed proposals to address them.
