Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: “Covid-19 ietekme uz restorānu un bāru darbību” Covid-19 pandēmija izraisīja globālu krīzi visā pasaulē. Covid-19 pandēmijas izraisītā krīze ir izaicinājums ne tikai iedzīvotājiem, bet arī valsts tautsaimniecībai kopumā. Valdībai bija strauji jāsagatavo atbalsta instrumenti tiem, kurus epidemioloģiskās drošības ieviestie regulējumi skāra visvairāk, vistiešāk. Bakalaura darba mērķis: ir izpētīt Covid-19 ietekmi uz restorānu un bāru darbību, izdarīt secinājumus un sniegt priekšlikumus Covid-19 ietekmes mazināšanā. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām, pirmajā nodaļā tiek pētīta Covid-19 ietekme uz restorānu un bāru darbību no teorētiskā aspekta. Otrajā nodaļā tiek veikti finanšu aprēķini, analīze un skatīta Covid-19 ietekme no praktiskās puses. Trešajā nodaļā tika analizēts atbalsts Covid-19 laikā un sniegti priekšlikumi atbalsta pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darba nobeigumā ir autora secinājumi un izvirzītie priekšlikumi. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 72 lapām, 11 tabulām, 20 attēliem.

The crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic is a challenge not only for the population but also for the national economy as a whole. The government urgently needed to prepare support plan for those who were most affected by the epidemiological safety regulations. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis: To investigate the impact of Covid-19 on the operation of restaurants and bars, to create conclusions and make proposals to reduce the impact of Covid-19. The bachelor thesis consists of three main chapters. In the first chapter is studied the impact of Covid-19 on operation of restaurants and bars from theoretical aspect. In the second chapter are made financial calculations, analysis and studied Covid-19 impact from practical perspective. In the third chapter is analyzed support in the time of Covid-19 and are provided suggestions for improving support.
