Materiālo un nemateriālo motivācijas rīku novērtējums Baltijas valstīs

Abstract

Šajā darbā tiek apskatītas klasiskās un mūsdienīgās motivācijas teorijas, kā arī tiek pētīti materiālie un nemateriālie motivācijas jēdzieni un to nozīme darbiniekiem. Mērķis tiek sasniegts, analizējot nepieciešamo literatūru, veicot pētījumus par šo tēmu un veicot pašu autoru pētījumus Baltijas valstīs. Lai analizētu aptaujas rezultātus, autors veic vairākas regresijas, izmantojot OLS metodi. Pirmajā nodaļā ir aplūkots motivācijas jēdziens, kā arī materiālie un nemateriālie motivācijas faktori. Otrajā nodaļā analizēti citu autoru secinājumi līdzīgā jomā, kā arī sniegti darba raksturojumi Baltijas valstīs. Trešajā nodaļā analizēti iegūtie rezultāti un salīdzināti ar iepriekš iegūtajām atziņām.

This paper examines classical and contemporary theories of motivation, as well as, studies the tangible and intangible motivation terms and their significance for employees. The goal is achieved by analyzing the necessary literature, already conducted researches on the topic and by conducting author's own research in Baltic states by conducting the survey. To analyze the survey results, the author runs several regressions using the OLS technique. The first chapter examines the term of motivation, as well as, tangible and intangible motivational factors. The second chapter analyses findings of other authors in the similar field, as well as, gives labor characteristics in the Baltic states. The third chapter analyses the received results and compares them with previous findings.
