Valsts atbalsta pasākumi sudraba ekonomikas attīstībai Latvijā

Lai runātu par sabiedrības novecošanās tendencēm un to ietekmi uz valstu ekonomikas attīstību, tiek lietots jēdziens “sudraba ekonomika”. Maģistra darbā tiek analizēti sudraba ekonomikas attīstības šķēršļi un virzītājspēki, lai identificētu prioritāros publiskās pārvaldes stimulus un atbalsta pasākumus sudraba ekonomikas attīstības veicināšanai Latvijā. Maģistra darbs sastāv no ievada, trim nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Pirmajā nodaļā autore veic teorētiskās literatūras un zinātnisko pētījumu analīzi, otrajā nodaļā tiek identificētas sudraba ekonomikas attīstības tendences un Latvijai raksturīgie problēmjautājumi, veicot statistikas datu analīzi, trešajā nodaļā, balstoties teorijas analīzē, zinātniskajos pētījumos, statistikas analīzē un ekspertu vērtējumos, autore izvirza prioritāros publiskās pārvaldes stimulus un atbalsta pasākumus sudraba ekonomikas attīstības veicināšanai Latvijā. The term “silver economy” is used to talk about the impact of an aging population on national economic development. The Master's Thesis analyses the obstacles and driving forces of the development of silver economy in order to identify priority public administration incentives and support measures for the development of the silver economy in Latvia. The Master's Thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions and policy recommendations. In the first chapter the author analyses the theoretical literature and scientific research, in the second chapter after statistical data analysis author identifies the silver economy development trends and problems specific to Latvia, in the third chapter, based on theory analysis, scientific research, statistical analysis and expert assessments, the author concludes, what are the key incentives and support measures to promote the development of the silver economy in Latvia.
