Darba mērķis ir pamatot ilgtspējīga poliuretāna ražošanas uzņēmuma nepieciešamību Latvijā. Lai sasniegtu šo mēķi tika veikta padziļināta ilgspējīgas uzņēmējdarbības izpēte globālā kontekstā un attiecībā uz poliuretāna ražošanu. Tika analizēts, kuri biznesa riski visvairāk varētu ietekmēt jaunu uzņēmumu. Tika veikta uzņēmuma potenciālo klientu aptauja un konkurentu analīze. Lai noteiktu labākos eksporta tirgu tika veikta tirgus segmentešana. Pētījuma gaitā tika atklāts nepietiekamais poliuretāna materiāla piedāvājums vietējā tirgū un tika veikti secinājumi un priekšlikumi šīs problēmas novēršanai, fokusējot uzņēmuma darbību uz ilgtspējīgu darbību, ievērojot sociālo, ekonomisko un vides nozīmi. The aim of the work is to substantiate the need for a sustainable polyurethane production company in Latvia. To achieve this goal there was set up tasks for depth study of sustainable business in the global context and on the production of polyurethane. There was analyzed which business risks could affect a new production company. A survey of the company's potential customers and analysis of competitors was analised. Market segmentation were made for the best export markets. The study revealed an insufficient material ability of polyurethane media in the local area and operational conclusions and proposals for the elimination were made to solve these problems, focusing the company's operations on sustainable operations, taking into account the social, economic and environmental importance.
