Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Process par noziedzīgi iegūtu mantu”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt un izanalizēt procesu par noziedzīgi iegūtu mantu, mantas atzīšanu par noziedzīgi iegūtu, rīcību ar noziedzīgi iegūtu mantu, analizēt tiesisko regulējumu un to piemērošanu praksē Latvijā un ārvalstīs, izprast kā notiek process par noziedzīgi iegūtu mantu, izprast iespējamos problēmjautājumus un piedāvāt to iespējamos risinājumus.
