Abstract

Bakalaura darbā pētītas tiesības uz ģimenes dzīvi Latvijā, ar mērķi noskaidrot ģimenes dzīves formas, tiesību uz ģimenes dzīvi tvērumu gan attiecībā uz laulību, partnerattiecībām un de facto ģimenēm, gan arī atsevišķi analizējot viendzimuma personu tiesības uz ģimenes dzīvi Latvijā. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot tiesību uz ģimenes dzīvi piemērošanas atšķirības atkarībā no ģimenes dzīves formas, kā arī konstatēt un piedāvāt risinājumus normatīvā regulējuma uzlabošanai Latvijā. Darba ietvarā autore izpētīja ģimenes jēdziena, ģimenes dzīves formu - laulības, partnerattiecības un de facto attiecību izpratni tiesību uz ģimenes dzīvi tvērumā, analizējot gan Latvijas, gan Eiropas Cilvēktiesību tiesas praksi.

The right to family life in Latvia has been studied in the bachelor's thesis, with the aim to find out the forms of family life, the scope of the right to family life both in relation to marriage, partnerships and de facto families, The aim of the work is to find out the differences in the application of the right to family life depending on the form of family life, as well as to establish and offer solutions for the improvement of the regulatory framework in Latvia. Within the framework of the work, the author studied the concept of family, the form of family life - marriage, partnership and de facto relations in the scope of the right to family life, analyzing the practice of both Latvian and European Court of Human Rights
