Bērnu pornogrāfiskā materiāla novēršana datu apmaiņas sistēmās

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Bērnu pornogrāfiskā materiāla novēršana datu apmaiņas sistēmās”. Darbā tiek pētīta bērnu pornogrāfijas attīstības vēsture, tā aprite datu apmaiņas sistēmās, materiāla ietekme uz upuriem un tiesībaizsardzības iestāžu darbiniekiem, kā arī nacionālā mēroga pieredze šī materiāla aprites novēršanā. Tiek noskaidroti ietekmējošie faktori bērnu pornogrāfiskā materiāla apritei datu apmaiņas sistēmās un noteikta saikne starp bērnu pornogrāfijas skatīšanos ar fiziskiem seksuāliem noziegumiem. Darba ietvaros tiek sniegta izpratne par kriminalizēšanas nozīmi materiāla aprites ierobežošanā, tiek analizēta psiholoģiskās palīdzības sniegšanas un sabiedrības iesaistīšanas nozīme noziedzīgo nodarījumu atklāšanai un novēršanai. Darba nobeigumā tiek sniegti secinājumi par bērnu pornogrāfiskā materiālā novēršanu un sniegtas rekomendācijas normatīvā regulējuma efektivizēšanai. Title of the Bachelor thesis is “The elimination of child pornography material in peer-to-peer systems.” The work studies the history of the development of child pornography, its circulation in data exchange systems, the impact of the material on victims and law enforcement officers, as well as national experience in preventing the circulation of this material. Factors influencing the circulation of child pornography in data exchange systems are clarified and the link between viewing child pornography and physical sexual crimes is determined. The work provides an understanding of the importance of criminalization in restricting the movement of material, analyzes the importance of providing psychological assistance and public involvement in the detection and prevention of criminal offenses. At the end of the work, conclusions on the prevention of child pornography material are provided and recommendations for the efficiency of the regulatory framework are provided.
