Disciplīnas problēmu prevencija pēc demokrātiskās pieejas klases vadības modeļa sākumskolā 1. klasē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir “Disciplīnas problēmu prevencija pēc demokrātiskās pieejas klases vadības modeļa sākumskolā 1. klasē”, un tā autore ir Luīze Tumševica. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt demokrātiskās pieejas klases vadības modeļa preventīvās darbības iespējas disciplīnas problēmu mazināšanā sākumskolā 1. klasē. Pētījumā, balstoties uz teorētiskiem secinājumiem, izveidots demokrātiskās pieejas klasvadības plāns. Darbā analizētas Rūdolfa Dreikura, Džeinas Nelsenes un Lindas Albertes teorētiskās atziņas par demokrātisku pieeju klasvadībā. Izstrādātais klasvadības plāns aprobēts daļēji, īstenojot klasvadības plāna 2. soli jeb kopīgu klases noteikumu un loģisko seku izstrādi sākumskolas “X” 1. klasē un ieviešanu. Tika veikts arī izmēģinājuma pētījums, kurā tika aptaujāti Latvijas pedagogi, lai noskaidrotu saskaņu starp skolotāju norādīto klasvadības stilu un to, kādas metodes viņi patiesībā izmanto klasvadībā. Pētījumā izdarīti teorētiski secinājumi, ka kopīgu klases noteikumu un loģisko seku izstrāde, balstoties demokrātiskās pieejas klasvadības modelī, sekmīgi veic disciplīnas problēmu prevenciju. Izmēģinājuma pētījuma rezultāti apstiprināja izvirzīto tēzi, ka pedagogu norādītais klasvadības stils visbiežāk nesaskan ar to, kādas metodes viņi patiesībā izmanto ikdienā, kas liecina par nepietiekamām zināšanām klasvadības teorētiskajos aspektos. Klases plāna daļas aprobācija apstiprināja skolotāja pedagoģiskās iespējas īstenot demokrātiskā modeļa preventīvo darbību praksē. Kopējais darba apjoms ir 52 lapas, 6 tabulas, 7 attēli, 11 pielikumi, 37 kopējais izmantotās literatūras un avotu skaits.

The title of the Bachelor 's work is “Prevention of Discipline Problems Using the Democratic Approach Model of Classroom Management in Primary School Grade 1”, and the author is Luīze Tumševica. The aim of the work is to explore the possibilities for the prevention of discipline problems by the democratic approach model of classroom management in primary school in 1st grade. The study, based on theoretical findings, sets up a classroom management plan of democratic approach. The work alludes the theoretical lessons of Rudolf Dreikurs, Jane Nelsen and Linda Albert on a democratic approach. The drafted classroom management plan has been partially accredited by the implementation of step 2 of the classroom management plan, which is creating common classroom rules and logical consequences for primary school “X” 1st grade and introduction. A pilot study was also carried out in which Latvian educators were surveyed to find out the correspondence between the classroom style indicated by them and what methods they actually use in the classroom. The study draws theoretical conclusions that the development of common classroom rules and logical consequences, based on the democratic approach in the classroom model, was successful in preventing disciplinary problems. The results of the pilot study confirmed the protruding thesis that the classroom style specified by educators is most often inconsistent with what methods they actually use everyday, which shows insufficient knowledge in theoretical aspects of the classroom. The apbrobation of part of the classroom management plan confirmed the teacher's pedagogical capacity to implement the preventive action of the democratic approach in practice.
