Vadītāja un pedagogu mijiedarbības nozīme izglītības iestādē X

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir: “Vadītāja un pedagogu mijiedarbības nozīme izglītības iestādē X”. Darba mērķis ir pētīt vadītāja un pedagogu mijiedarbības nozīmi un apkopot ieteikumus par šo procesu izglītības iestādē X. Bakalaura darba teorētiskajā daļā ir analizēta literatūra un pedagoģijas un vadības zinātnes pētnieku atziņas un teorijas par mijiedarbības procesiem, tai skaitā, kā tas ir attiecināms uz izglītības iestādi X, kādi aspekti to ietekmē un kāda ir to nozīme vadītāja un pedagoga mijiedarbībā. Darba empīriskajā daļā ir iegūti un analizēti skolotāju aptaujas rezultāti par to, kāds ir mijiedarbības process izglītības iestādē X. Pētījumā iegūtie dati liecina, ka sadarbība, komunikācija, konfliktsituācijas un vajadzību apmierināšana ietekmē vadītāja un pedagogu mijiedarbību izglītības iestādē X. Darba noslēgumā ir izvirzīti secinājumi un sniegti priekšlikumi, kā uzlabot mijiedarbības procesu izglītības iestādē X un kā mazināt faktorus, kas to negatīvi ietekmē.

The title of the Bachelor's thesis is: "The Interaction’s Importance of the School Leader and Teachers at Educational Establishment X". The work aims are to study the interaction between the school leader and teachers theoretically and practically, also to find out the reasons for it and to make proposals for the improvement. The theoretical part of the Bachelor's thesis analyzes the literature and the findings and theories of pedagogical and management researchers about the interaction processes, which are many, as it applies to the educational establishment X, and how aspects affect it, and what is the role of the interaction between the leader and teachers. In the practical part of the work, the results of the teachers' survey of the interaction process in the educational establishment X have been obtained and analyzed. The data from the study showed that cooperation, communication, conflict, and satisfaction of needs affect the leader and the teachers' interactions at educational establishment X. At the end of the work, conclusions and proposals were made on how to improve the interaction process of educational establishment X and how to reduce the factors that negatively.
