Ziemeļkorejiešu diaspora Japānā 21. gadsimtā: Kazuki Kaneširo romāna “GO” analīze

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs “Ziemeļkorejiešu diaspora Japānā 21. gadsimtā: Kazuki Kaneširo romāna “Go” analīze” mērķis ir, balstoties uz literārajā darbā minētajiem ar ziemeļkorejiešu etnisko identitāti saistītajiem elementiem veikt Japānas Korejiešu Rezidentu asociācijas vēstures un funkciju izpēti, kā arī sociālo un politisko problēmu, ar kurām saskarās ziemeļkorejiešu etniskā grupa Japānā, analīzi. Darbs ir izstrādāts, analizējot Kazuki Kaneširo romānu “Go” un apzinot literāros avotus. Darbs sastāv no trīs daļām, kurās tiek izpētītas Čongrjonas funkcija ziemeļkorejiešu diasporas izveidē un uzturēšanā, mūsdienu ziemeļkorejiešu kopienas vieta Japānas sabiedrībā, kā arī etniskās grupas piederības negatīvās implikācijas. Pirmajā nodaļā tika aprakstīta Čongrjonas vēsture, galvenās aktivitātes, kā arī ideoloģija, uz kā pamata iestāde funkcionē. Otrajā nodaļā tika pievērsta uzmanība veidiem, kā ziemeļkorejiešu diaspora tiek integrēta Japānas sabiedrībā, kā arī etniskajām skolām un dzaiņiči vietai Japānas darba tirgū. Trešajā nodaļā tika aprakstīts, kā vārdiski tiek kategorizēti Japānas korejieši, kā arī ar kādiem diskriminācijas elementiem diasporas pārstāvji saskaras ikdienas dzīvē. Autore secina, ka mūsdienās ziemeļkorejiešu etniskā grupa Japānā gan aizspriedumu, gan ārzemnieku statusa dēļ ir pakļauta dažādiem ierobežojumiem, kas saistīti gan ar nodarbinātību, izglītību un ceļošanu, gan arī ar drošību. Lai arī Čongrjona uztur diasporas kulturālo identitāti, rīkojot pasākumus un asistējot ikdienas dzīvē, trūkst minoritātes iekļaujošas likumdošanas, kas nodrošinātu visu sabiedrības locekļu vienlīdzību. Bakalaura darbs satur 40 lpp.

The Bachelor’s thesis “North Korean Diaspora in Japan in 21st Century: Kazuki Kaneshiro’s Novel’s “Go” Analysis” is a study of the history and functions of The General Association of Korean Residents in Japan, as well as analysis of social and political issues experienced by North Korean ethnic group in Japan, based on the contents of the novel that are concerned with ethnic identity related elements. The research was carried out by analyzing Kazuki Kaneshiro’s novel “Go” and identification of literary sources. The work consists of three parts, that address the significance of Chongryon in developing and supporting the North Korean diaspora, current day North Korean community’s place in Japanese society, as well as the negative implications that belonging to this ethnic group carries. In the first part of the work, history, activities and the ideological basis of Chongryon are described. It is followed by analysis of the ways diaspora is being integrated in Japanese society, as well as description of Korean ethnic schools and zainichi’s place in the labor market in the second part. Last part of the work is concerned with disclosing how the Japanese Koreans are verbally categorized, and provides description of discriminatory daily life elements, experienced by members of minority. Author concludes that in modern day Japan, due to deep-rooted prejudice and legal alien status, North Korean ethnic group is subject to many restrictions in the fields of employment, education and travel, as well as safety. Even though Chongryon seeks to maintain the cultural identity of the diaspora, by organizing events and assisting in their daily life, there is lack of inclusive legislation, that would ensure equality among all members of society. The bachelor’s thesis consists of 40 pages.
