Ebreju ēdiena prakses citā etniskā (slāvu) interpretācijā: pamatojoties uz Latvijas materiālu.

Abstract

Darbs ir veltīts ebreju ēdiena prakses uztverei pēc citiem etniskiem kaimiņiem Latgales teritorijā. Darba galvenais mērķis ir noskaidrot ebreju virtuves specifiku un atklāt stereotīpus no сita etnosa viedokļa. Autors pieverš uzmanību stereotipiem un veic analīzi, balstoties uz Latgales etnogrāfisko ekspedīciju materiāliem. Darbs sastāv no trīm nodaļām. Pirmā nodaļa ir veltīta ebreju aškenazu ēdiena praksēm kopumā. Otrā nodaļa ir veltīta ebreju virtuves specifikai un īpatnībam no Latgales iedzīvotāju viedokļa. Trešā nodaļa ir sniegta analīze, kas balstīta uz materiāliem, kuri bija iegūti no Latgales informantiem. Pētījums var būt interesants filologiem, folkloristiem, etnolingvistiem, kā arī plašam cilvēku lokam, kuri interesējas par ebreju ēdiena praksem un starpetniskiem kontaktiem.

The present work is devoted to the perception of Jewish food practices by other ethnic neighbours in Latgale. The research goal is to establish the specificity of Jewish cuisine and identify the stereotypes from the point of view of other ethnic. The author focuses on stereotypes and conducts an analysis which based on the material of ethnographic expeditions in Latgale. The work consists of three chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the Ashkenazi Jewish food practices in general. The second chapter is devoted to the specificity of Jewish cuisine and characteristics from the point of view of the population of Latgale. The third chapter presents an analysis which based on material from Latgalian informants. The work can be recommended for philologists, folklorists, ethnographs and also for a wide range of people interested in Jewish food practises and interethnic relations.
