Feminisma motīvi Ivandes Kaijas un Regīnas Ezeras prozā: "Iedzimtais grēks" un "Sātanisks stāsts"

Abstract

Maģistra darbā ,,Feminisma motīvi Ivandes Kaijas un Regīnas Ezeras prozā: ,,Iedzimtais grēks” un ,,Sātanisks stāsts”” abi teksti ir analizēti feminisma aspektā, īpašu uzmanību pievēršot 20. gs. sievietes skatījumam uz sabiedrības normām, kas skar laulību, sievietes lomu dzīvē, kultūrā, izglītībā un zinātnē, paralēli apskatot sievietes attiecības ar dabu un reliģiju, kā arī pievēršot uzmanību patriarhālās kultūras stereotipiem. Darba teorētiskajā daļā ir izklāstīta feminisma vēsture un teorija, sniegts ieskats sieviešu rakstnieču biogrāfijās un abos prozas darbos literatūrkritikas aspektā. Darba analītiskajā daļā ir raksturota romāna ,,Iedzimtais grēks” (1913) un noveles ,,Sātanisks stāsts” (1995) tēlu sistēma, sievietes telpa, sievietes attiecības ar izglītību un laulību, pievēršot galveno uzmanību atšķirīgajam – izpratnei par laulību, nelaimīgai mīlestībai starp pusmūža cilvēkiem, kā arī sievietes cīņai pret patriarhāliem stereotipiem.

In the master’s thesis “Motives of Feminism in the Prose of Ivande Kaija and Regina Ezera: “Inborn Sin” (1913) and “Satanic Story” (1995)” both works are analyzed from the feminism aspect, paying particular attention to the view of the 20th century women on the social norms surrounding the marriage, the role of a woman in life, culture, education, and science, as well as a women relationship with nature as a world of fateful signs, religion and stereotypes in a patriarchal culture. The theoretical part of the work gives information on the history and theory of feminism in literature, an insight into the biographies of female writers and in both prose works in the aspect of literary criticism. The practical part of the work analyses relationships between women and men, the woman’s room, relationship with education and marriage, and the main topic and the problem of the novel “Inborn sin” and story “Satanic story” that is different in both works – understanding and reform of marriage, unhappy love between middle-aged people, as well as woman’s fight against patriarchal stereotypes.
