Autore Liene Krūmiņa ir izstrādājusi maģistra darbu “Režisora un aktiera karjeras veidošanas atšķirības un darba attiecību modeļi teātra nozarē Latvijā 2010-2020”, kura mērķis ir izpētīt režisora un aktiera karjeras veidošanas atšķirības, darba attiecību modeļus un to ietekmi uz aktieru un režisoru māksliniecisko darbību teātra nozarē Latvijā 2010.-2020. gadā. Darbs sastāv no teorētiskās daļas par karjeras konceptu un tās veidiem, karjeras veidošanas iespējām un darba attiecību modeļiem teātra nozarē, valsts, pašvaldību un nevalstisko teātru apskata; un pētnieciskās daļas, kurā analizēta Latvijas teātra nozarē strādājošo aktieru un režisoru karjeras pieredze ar atšķirīgiem darba attiecību modeļiem, tika izmantota biogrāfiskā metode un komparatīvistiskā metode, par pamatu izvēloties intervijas no interviju cikla “Aktieris Runā” portālā “Kroders.lv”. Iegūtie rezultāti sniedz informāciju par galvenajām režisora un aktiera karjeras veidošanas iezīmēm un atšķirībām dažādu darba attiecību modeļu kontekstā. Pētījums pierāda, ka nodarbinātības statuss – štata vieta teātrī vai brīvmākslinieka pozīcija – nosaka būtiskākās atšķirības teātra profesionāļu karjeras veidošanā. The research paper called “Differences in the career formation of director and actor and work relationship models in the theatre sector in Latvia 2010-2020” is written by Liene Krūmiņa. Respectively, the aim of the research is to explore differences in career formation of director and actor, work relationship models and their impact on the artistic performance of actors and directors in the theatre sector in Latvia 2010-2020. The thesis consists of a theoretical section on career concept and types, career formation opportunities and work relationship models in the theatre sector, national, municipal and non-governmental theatre views; and a research section, analysing the career experience of actors and directors, who work in the Latvian theatre industry with different models of work relationship. A biographical and comparative method was used, based on interviews from the “Aktieris Runā” cycle on the portal “Kroders.lv”. The results provide information on the main features of career formation of director and actor and its differences in the context of different work relationship models. Research shows that status of employment – state position in the theatre or position of the freelancer – identifies the most significant differences in the career development of theatre professionals.
