Abstract
Darba tēma ir “Augstākās izglītības procesa organizēšana Latvijā Covid-19 krīzes laikā”. Darba mērķis ir salīdzināt četru Latvijas lielāko universitāšu izmantotās metodes augstākās izglītības organizēšanas procesā Covid-19 krīzes laikā. Darba teorētiskās daļas izstrādei tika izmantota krīzes vadības teorija un darba izstrādē tika izmantota kvalitatīvā pētījuma dizaina stratēģija. Veicot darba izstrādi, tika novērotas pastāvošas nepilnības studiju procesa organizēšanā, taču kopumā pielāgošanās process ir vērtējams pozitīvi. Darba beigās tiek piedāvātas rekomendācijas labai studiju organizēšanas praksei.
The subject of the work is “Organization of the higher education process in Latvia during the Covid-19 crisis”. The aim of the work is to compare the methods used by the four largest universities of Latvia in the process of organising higher education during the Covid-19 crisis. The theory of crisis management was used to develop the theoretical part of the work and the study uses the quality research design strategy. The development of work showed continuing shortcomings in the study process, but overall the adaptation process is positive. At the end of the work, recommendations are offered for good practice in the organisation of online studies.
