Sabiedriskās ēdināšanas vietu ģeogrāfija Jelgavā un Ogrē

Abstract

Sabiedriskās ēdināšanas vietas mūsdienās ir ļoti būtiska cilvēku un sabiedriskās dzīves daļa. Tās dod iespēju iespēju baudīt gardus ēdienu, mūziku, pilsētvidi un socializēšanos, ko tā rada. It īpaši mūsdienās to vērtība 2021. gadā ir pieaugusi pasaulē esošās situācijas dēl, kas ir ierobežojusi šīs iespējas, rezultātā atņemot svarīgu ikdienas, komunikācijas, kultūras un ekonomikas daļu. Bakalaura darbs ”Sabiedrisko ēdināšanas vietu ģeogrāfija Jelgavā un Ogrē” izstrādāts, lai izpētītu un salīdzinātu sabiedriskās ēdināšanas vietas, to ģeogrāfisko izvietojumu un socioeknomisko stāvokli divās Latvijas pilsētās: Jelgavā un Ogrē. Šo vietu novērtēšanai veikti lauka apsekojumu un informācijas apokopšana un salīdzināšana. Bakalaura darba ietvaros konstatētas likumsakarības starp iedzīvotāju un ēdināšanas vietu izvietojumu, tāpat ar starp pilsētu morofoloģiskajām struktūrām un to, kā pati teritorija ir attīstījusies. Tāpat arī tika analizēta teorētiskā informācija, lai izprastu šo vietu konkrēto atrašanos. Ņemot vērā arī jau kopš 2019. gada beigām pasaulē esošo Covid-19 pandēmiju, tika arī sīkāk apskatīts esošais stāvoklis šīm vietām.

These days, catering sites are a very important part of human and social life. They give a possiblity to enjoy delicious food, some music, urban environment and socializing it creates. Particularly today in year 2021, their value has increased in the whole world, because these opportunities have been limited by depriving an important part of everyday, communication, culture and economics. The bachelor's work “Geography of public catering sites in Jelgava and Ogre” is designed to study and compare catering sites, their geographical location and the state of socioeknomisko in two cities of Latvia: Jelgava and Ogre. The apoculation and comparison of field surveys and information has been carried out for the assessment of these sites. Within the framework of the Bachelor thesis, there has been a realization of the relationship between the placement of the population and catering sites, along with the morofological structures of the cities and how the area itself has developed. Theoretical information was also been analysed to understand the specific location of these sites. Taking in to regard the global pandemic of the virus Covid-19 since the end of 2019, the current situation in these areas has also been examined in detail.
