Bakalaura darba tēma: Izdegšanas sindroms stacionāros praktizējošām operāciju māsām Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka : Covid-19 pandēmijas izplatība pasaulē ir ļoti strauja. Operāciju māsai nākas atrasties nemitīgā pacientu rotācijā un strādā paaugstinātos stresa apstākļos Covid-19 krīzes dēļ. Tēma ir aktuāla, jo līdz ar noteiktajiem epidemioloģiskajiem ierobežojumiem valstī, pieaug arī medicīnas darbinieku darba apjoms, stresa apstākļi un citi izdegšanas sindroma riski. Darba mērķis: Noskaidrot izdegšanas sindromu stacionāros praktizējošām operāciju māsām Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir sekojoši: apkopot un analizēt literatūras avotus par izdegšanas sindromu, sasaistīt bakalaura tēmu ar māszinību teoriju, izstrādāt pētniecības instrumentu, pētījuma veikšana, rezultātu apstrāde un izdarīt secinājumus. Izvirzītā hipotēze: Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā, stacionāros praktizējošas operāciju māsas vairāk sastopas ar emocionālu izsīkumu, ne kā depersonalizāciju un personīgo sasniegumu samazinājumu. Pētniecības metode: Kvantitatīva, neeksperimentāla. Pētījuma instruments: aptaujas anketa, kura sastāv no divām daļām. Viena no tām ir K. Maslačas izdegšanas sindroma aptauja. Pētījuma rezultāti: Izdegšanas sindroma sastopamība pandēmijas laikā vērtējama kā ļoti augsta. 89% operāciju māsām ir emocionāls izsīkums. Pētījumā izvirzītā hipotēze apstiprinājās. The actuality of the current topic: The global spread of the Covid 19 pandemic is very rapid. The scrub nurse has to be in constant rotation of patients while work ing in high stress conditions due to the Covid 19 crisis. Along with the established epidemiological restrictions in the country, the workload of medical staff, stress conditions and the risks of the others burno ut syndrome are reasons. The aim of bachelor thesis: To determine the burnout syndrome of scrub nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic. Hypothesis: During the Covid 19 pandemic scrub nurses are more likely to experience emotional exhaustion th an depersonalization and loss of personal achievement Resarch tasks are: s ummarize and analyze literat ure sources on burnout syndrome, l ink the bachelor's topic with nursing theory d evelop a research tool , c arry out research, acquire and process results and d raw conclusions Resarch method: Quantitative, non-experimental. Research tool Q uestionnaire, which consists of two parts. The first part provides general information about respondents and questions about the Covid 19 pandemic. Other part is Maslach Burnout Inventory (BMI) survey. Research result: The occurrence of burnout during a pandemic can be described as very high. 89% of scrub nurses have emotional exhaustion The hypothesis put forward in the work was confirmed.
