Bakalaura darba “Skolēnu motivācijas sekmēšana mācību procesā” autore ir Ieva Vāne. Bakalaura darba būtība ir izpētīt sākumskolas skolēnu motivācijas atšķirības klasēs, ar dažādām pedagoģiskām metodēm. Bakalaura darba teorētiskajā daļā autore skaidro motivācijas būtību, kā arī raksturo skolēnu motivāciju. Apkopojot vairāku autoru viedokļus, tiek nonākts pie atziņas, ka skolēnu motivācija ir nozīmīgs faktors jaunu zināšanu apguvei. Darbā izvirzītā hipotēze: skolēnu motivāciju mācīties ietekmē skolotāju izvēlētās un pielietotās mācību metodes – ir pierādīta. Veicot pētījumu, tika secināts, ka klasē, kurā skolotāji izvēlas kompetenču pieejas mācību saturā, skolēni ir daudz motivētāki mācīties un apgūt jaunas zināšanas. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt skolēnu motivāciju galvenos ietekmējošos faktorus un sniegt priekšlikumus tās sekmēšanai. Darbu veido divas nodaļas, kuras veido vairākas apakšnodaļas, secinājumiem, priekšlikumiem, izmantotās literatūras un citu avotu saraksta. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 51 lapaspuse, tajā iekļauta 1 tabula un 12 attēli, izmantots 31 literatūras avots. The author of Bachelor’s paper “The scholars motivation promotion in the learning process in school” is Ieva Vane. The essence of the bachelor's paper is to study the motivation of primary school students in the classrooms with different pedagogical methods. In the theoretical part of the bachelor's paper, the authoress explains the essence of the motivation, as well as describes the students’ motivation. Summarizing the opinions of several authors, it is concluded that students' motivation is an important factor in acquiring new knowledge. The hypothesis: students' learning motivation is influenced by the teachers chosen and applied teaching - has been proven. The study found that in a classroom where teachers choose competency approaches in the study content, students are much more motivated to learn and acquire new knowledge. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to study the main factors which influences students' motivation and to provide suggestions for its promotion. The work consists of two chapters, which consists of subchapters, conclusions, suggestions, references and other sources.
