Zusammenfassung
Projekta tēma ir “Nekustamā īpašuma tirdzniecības firma Zīle”.
Tēma ir izvēlēta divu iemeslu pēc:
1. Darba autors ir pusgadu strādājis nekustamā īpašuma firmā Jurģi” par mākleri. Šajā laikā autors ir guvis pieredzi nekustamā īpašuma tirgus norisēs. Kontaktējoties ar klientiem un slēdzot darījumus autoram radās pārliecība, ka spēs izveidot uzņēmumu un sekmīgi darboties nekustamā īpašuma jomā.
2. Latvijas ekonomikas straujā attīstība, investīcijas nekustamā īpašuma sfērā un pieaugošais darījumu skaits norāda uz to, ka jaundibinātā firma spēs sekmīgi darboties nekustamā īpašuma jomā.
Projekta mērķis ir izanalizēt nekustamā īpašuma tirgus stāvokli Rīgā, Rīgas apkārtnē, noteikt mērķa pircēju un pamatot firmas veiksmīgas darbības iespēju Pierīgas nekustamā īpašuma tirgū. Theme of the work is “Real Estate Marketing Company “Zile””.
The theme was chosen because of two reasons:
1. Author of this work was working as a broker in real estate Company “Jurgi” for two years. During that period author has obtained an experience in the field of real estate market. While communicating with clients and making deals author became more confident in that he will be able to set up an enterprise and successfully work in the real estate field.
2. The fast development of Latvian economic, investments in the field of real estate and an increased number of deals shows that a new-founded company will be able to work successfully in the field of real estate.
Aim of the work is to analyse the condition of real estate market in Riga, Riga surroundings, to define target buyer and motivate the possibility of successful activity on the property market in Riga surroundings.
