Kvalifikācijas darbs sastāv no ievada, četrām nodaļām, secinājumiem. In the first chapter, analyzing the theoretical literature, a description of self-confidence is given, emphasizing the regularities of the formation of self-confidence and the development of movements and the role of the family in the development of self-confidence. The second chapter describes the pedagogical pilot work carried out, in which movement games were organized on the basis of self-confidence-promoting principles such as opportunities to be active, a positive atmosphere, mutual cooperation and individual growth. It was concluded that play has a positive effect on children with moderate and high self-esteem, while for children with a low level of initial self-confidence, a positive effect could be observed over a longer period of time and at the same time addressing other child problems. The qualification work consists of an introduction, two chapters, conclusions and recommendations. The qualification work has 40 pages, 4 tables, 4 figures, 55 literature and information sources.
