Kompetenču pieejas īstenošanas iespējas apvienotajās klasēs darbā ar bērniem ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem

Abstract

Skolotāja maģistra pieredzes darba “Kompetenču pieejas īstenošanas iespējas apvienotajās klasēs darbā ar bērniem ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem” aktualitāte izriet no Valsts izglītības satura centra īstenotā projekta “Kompetenču pieeja mācību saturā” (Skola2030) izglītības politikas plānošanas dokumentiem un izvirzītajām prioritātēm, ar mērķi – izstrādāt, aprobēt, pēctecīgi ieviest Latvijā tādu vispārējās izglītības saturu un pieeju mācīšanai, kā rezultātā skolēni gūtu dzīvei mūsdienās nepieciešamās zināšanas, prasmes un attieksmes, kā arī, lai apkopotu speciālo skolotāju pieredzi satura ieviešanai apvienotajās klasēs bērniem ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem. Maģistra darba mērķis ir pētīt, kā var īstenot kompetenču pieeju darbā ar bērniem ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem apvienotajās klasēs. Balstoties uz teorētiskās literatūras un datu analīzi par bērniem ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem, maģistra darba autore dalās pieredzē, kā plānot, organizēt un izvērtēt skolotāja darbu apvienotajās klasēs bērniem ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem. Maģistra darbā sniegti mācību jomu darba plānošanas piemēri, kā dažādi ieviest kompetenču pieeju, kā arī analizēta skolotāju gatavība īstenot kompetenču pieeju apvienotajās klasēs darbā ar bērniem ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem. Pētījuma bāzi veido X speciālās skolas 1.,2.,3.klases skolēni un pedagogi, kas strādā apvienotajās klasēs bērniem ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem. Pētījuma dati sniedz atbildes uz izvirzītajiem pētījuma jautājumiem par kompetenču ieviešanas iespējām apvienotajās klasēs bērniem ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem. The topicality of Master’s Thesis “Possibilities of Implementing the Competence Approach in Combined Classes when Working with Children with Mental Development Disorders” follows from the education policy planning documents and set priorities of the project “Competence Approach in Curriculum” (School2030) implemented by the National Centre for Education, with the aim – to develop, pilot, gradually implement such general education content and approach in Latvia that students would acquire the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for life today, as well as to gather the experience of special education teachers for content implementation in combined classes when working with children with mental development disorders. The aim of the Master's Thesis is to explore how a competence approach can be implemented in working with children with mental development disorders in combined classes. Based on the analysis of the theoretical literature and data on children with mental development disorders, the author of the Master's Thesis disseminates her experience in planning, organizing and evaluating teacher's work in combined classes for children with mental development disorders. The Master's Thesis provides examples of planning work in the fields of study, how to implement competence approach in various ways, as well as analyzes the readiness of teachers to implement competence approach in combined classes working with children with mental development disorders. The research group is Form 1, 2 and 3 students and teachers of Special School X who work in combined classes for children with mental development disorders. The data of the research provide answers to the research questions raised about the possibilities of introducing competence approach in combined classes for children with mental development disorders.
