Kā galvenās autotransporta uzņēmumu problēmas, kas saistītas ar neefektīvu resursu izmantošanu, eksperti sauc zemo investīciju līmeni un biežo personāla mainību. Rezultātā īpašas metodes izveidotas uzņēmuma vadības stratēģijas īstenošanai ir ciešs darbs ar potenciālajiem transportlīdzekļu klientiem, lai pēc iespējas precīzāk noteiktu produktu tehnisko un estētisko prasību līmeni. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, izpētot autotransporta uzņēmuma darbību un tā transporta līdzekļu izmantošanu un uzskaites kārtību, sniegt ieteikumus to pilnveidošanai. Darba rezultātā tika konstatēts, ka uzņēmumam nepieciešams bankas aizņēmums autoparka atjaunošanai, kas ļautu tam veiksmīgi attīstīties tālāk, kā arī atveseļoties no šā brīža krīzes.
