Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Autotransporta uzņēmuma transporta līdzekļu izmantošanas pilnveidošana”. Bakalaura darba aktualitāte. Kā galvenās autotransporta uzņēmumu problēmas, kas saistītas ar neefektīvu resursu izmantošanu, eksperti sauc zemo investīciju līmeni un biežo personāla mainību. Rezultātā īpašas metodes izveidotas uzņēmuma vadības stratēģijas īstenošanai ir ciešs darbs ar potenciālajiem transportlīdzekļu klientiem, lai pēc iespējas precīzāk noteiktu produktu tehnisko un estētisko prasību līmeni. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, izpētot autotransporta uzņēmuma darbību un tā transporta līdzekļu izmantošanu un uzskaites kārtību, sniegt ieteikumus to pilnveidošanai. Darba rezultātā tika konstatēts, ka uzņēmumam nepieciešams bankas aizņēmums autoparka atjaunošanai, kas ļautu tam veiksmīgi attīstīties tālāk, kā arī atveseļoties no šā brīža krīzes.

As a result, specific methods for implementing the established company management strategy are working closely with potential vehicle customers to identify the level of technical and aesthetic requirements for products as accurately as possible. The aim of the bachelor's paper is to provide recommendations for their improvement by studying the operation of a road transport company and the use of its long-term assets and accounting procedures. As a result of the paper, it was established that the company needs a bank loan to renew its fleet, which would allow it to develop further, as well as recover from the current crisis.
