Režīma pārkāpumi ieslodzījuma vietās

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs ‘’Režīma pārkāpumi ieslodzījuma iestādēs’’ ir izstrādātas Latvijas Universitātes Juridiskās Fakultātes Krimināltiesisko zinātņu katedrā. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir gūt informāciju un zināšanas par to kādus režīma noteikumus pārkāpj ieslodzītie visā Latvijas teritorijā, cik bieži notiek režīma noteikumu pārkāpšanu, kā arī vai kādā no ieslodzījuma iestādēm ir novērojams lielāks vai mazāks režīma pārkāpumu kāpums kritums. Kā arī no tiesu prakses materiāliem gūt priekštatu par piemērotajiem sodiem. Darba uzdevumi ir izanalizēt un salīdzināt iegūto informāciju par Latvijas Soda izpildes kodeksa tiesību regulējuma attīstību, izpētīt un analizēt ieslodzīto režīma pārkāpumus visos Latvijas cietumos, izpētīt un izanalizēt ārvalstu tiesību regulējumu.

The work of the bachelor's “Violations of the Regime in Detention Institutions” has been developed in the Criminal Law Sciences Department of the University of Latvia. The aim of the work of the bachelor is to gain information and knowledge about what regime rules are violated by prisoners throughout Latvia, how often there are violations of the regime rules, as well as whether there is a larger or lesser fall in the regime violations in one of the prison institutions. As well as obtaining from case-law materials a preliminary ruling on the penalties applied. The job tasks are to analyse and compare the information obtained regarding the development of the legal framework of the Latvian Soda Enforcement Code, to investigate and analyse violations of the prisoners regime in all Latvian prisons, to investigate and analyse the regulation of foreign law.
