Personu ar invaliditāti nodarbināšanas problemātika.

Abstract

Maģistra darbā ir analizēta un pētīta personu ar invaliditāti nodarbināšanas problemātika Latvijas Republikas un starptautisko normatīvo aktu tvērumā. Maģistra darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām, kopsavilkuma un zem katras nodaļas ir vairākas apakšnodaļas. Pirmajā nodaļā autore apraksta personas ar invaliditāti jēdziena raksturojumu Latvijas normatīvajos aktos un apskata Starptautiskos normatīvos aktu regulējumu. Otrajā nodaļā autore apraksta vienlīdzīga tiesību principa ievērošanu nodarbinot personu ar invaliditāti. Trešajā nodaļā apraksta darba devēju pieredzi personu ar invaliditāti nodarbināšanā. Ņemot vērā darba vides un apstākļu atbilstību potenciālajam darbiniekam ar konkrēto invaliditāti. Maģistra darba nobeigumā ir izdarīti secinājumi un izvirzīti priekšlikumi.

In this Master’s thesis the problem of employment of the disabled person in case of regulatory act of the Republic of Latvia and in case of international regulatory act has been analyzed. Master thesis includes introduction, three chapters, summary and several subchapters. In the first chapter, the author of the Master thesis describes the concept of a person with a disability in Latvian legislation and reviews the regulation of international legislation. In the second chapter, the author of the Master thesis describes the principle of equal treatment implementation, employing a person with disability. In the third chapter, the author describes employer experience employing the person with a disability. Taking into account the conformity of workplace environment and conditions for the potential employee with specific disability. At the end of the master's thesis, conclusions are drawn and proposals are put forward. Keywords: disability, workplace adjustments, disabled employee, workplace conditions.
