Būvniecības uzņēmuma SIA „Būvnieks” pašizmaksas noteikšanas izstrāde
Abstract
Bakalaura darbā autore izvēlējusies novērtēt būvniecības uzņēmumam SIA “Būvnieks” piemērotāko pašizmaksas aprēķināšanas metodi un piedāvāt pašizmaksas aprēķināšanas risinājumus. Nereti uzņēmēji saskaras ar problēmu, ka nevar noteikt viena vai otra pakalpojuma pašizmaksu, ja mainās kādi apstākļi vai tiek piesaistīti papildus pakalpojumi. Lai sekmīgi piedāvātu savus pakalpojumus, vadībai ir jāsaprot, kas notiek uzņēmuma iekšienē, un vispamatotāk to var izdarīt, veicot mērījumus, vērtējot un salīdzinot rezultātus. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz teorētiskām atziņām un faktisko datu izpēti, novērtēt SIA “Būvnieks” darbībai piemērotāko pašizmaksas aprēķināšanas metodi un izstrādāt priekšlikumus aprēķinu veikšanai. Darba izstrādes gaitā gūtās atziņas formulētas secinājumos un priekšlikumos. Pētījuma rezultātā ir izstrādāti ieteikumi uzņēmuma pašizmaksas aprēķināšanai. In the bachelor's thesis, the author has chosen to evaluate the most suitable cost calculation method for the construction company SIA “Būvnieks” and to offer cost calculation solutions. Entrepreneurs often face the problem of not being able to determine the cost of one or the other service if circumstances change or additional services are involved. In order to offer their services successfully, management needs to understand what is going on inside the company, and this can best be done by measuring, evaluating and comparing results. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is, based on theoretical findings and research of actual data, to evaluate the most suitable cost calculation method for the operation of SIA “Būvnieks” and to develop proposals for calculations. The findings gained during the development of the work are formulated in conclusions and proposals. As a result of the research, there are recommendations for calculating the company's costs.
