SIA “Ernst & Young Baltic” saimnieciskās darbības analīze un attīstības perspektīvas COVID-19 krīzes laikā

Abstract

Maģistra darba pētījuma aktualitāti pamato ar COVID-19 vīrusa ietekmi uz tautsaimniecību, tajā skaitā - grāmatvedības, revīzijas un dažādu biznesa konsultāciju pakalpojumiem, līdz ar to nepieciešamību novērtēt ietekmi uz SIA “Ernst & Young Baltic” saimnieciskās darbības rezultātiem. Pētījuma mērķis - pamatojoties uz teorētiskām atziņām un SIA “Ernst & Young Baltic” saimnieciskās darbības analīzi, novērtēt uzņēmuma attīstības perspektīvas COVID-19 krīzes apstākļos. Nozīmīgākie iegūtie rezultāti – pētītais uzņēmums ir starptautisks, COVID-19 ietekme nav būtiska, galvenais risks tiek saskatīts uzņēmuma klientu darbības pārtraukšanas vai ierobežošanas iespējamībā, konsultāciju sarežģītības pakāpes palielinājumā. Izvērtēti uzņēmuma ietekmējošie faktori, izstrādāti priekšlikumi to uzlabošanai.

The topicality of the master's thesis research is based on the impact of the COVID-19 virus on the economy, including accounting, auditing and various business consulting services, thus the need to assess the impact on the economic performance of SIA Ernst & Young Baltic. The purpose of the study - based on the theoretical quotes and analysis of economic activity of SIA “Ernst & Young Baltic”, to assess the company’s development prospects in the conditions of COVID-19 crisis. The most significant results obtained - the researched company is international, the impact of COVID-19 is not significant, the main risk is seen in the possibility of the company's client’s termination or limitation of operations, the increase in the complexity of consulting. Factors influencing the company have been evaluated, proposals for their improvement have been developed.
