Neskatoties uz to, ka ir pieejami vairāki regulējumi, kas nosaka noziedzīgi iegūto līdzekļu legalizācijas novēršanu, noziedzīgi līdzekļi vēl joprojām tiek iepludināti finanšu tirgū. Ārpakalpojumu grāmatvedības uzņēmums ir NILLN subjekts, kuram ir jāveic klientu uzraudzība un izpēte. Uzņēmumam ir jāizstrādā iekšējās kontroles sistēma, jāieceļ atbildīgais darbinieks, kuram ir nevainojama reputācija. Mērķis: Pamatojoties uz NILLN teorētisko un normatīvo prasību izpēti, novērtēt to piemērošanu SIA "Grāmatvedis" un izstrādāt priekšlikumus šo prasību efektīvākai ievērošanai. Analizējot iekšējās kontroles sistēmu NILLN jomā, tika secināts, ka SIA “Grāmatvedis” strādā, ievērokot Latvijas Republikas likuma regulējumu, bet lai pilnveidotu so darbību, autore izstrādājusi priekļikumus. The company must develop an internal control system, appoint a responsible employee with an impeccable reputation. Aim: Based on the research of NILLN theoretical and regulatory requirements, to evaluate their application to SIA “Grāmatvedis” and to develop proposals for more effective compliance with these requirements. Analyzing the internal control system in the field of NILLN, it is concluded that SIA “Grāmatvedis” operates within the regulation of the law of the Republic of Latvia, but in order to improve this operation, the author has created several proposals.
