Konkurences un konkurētspējas analīze ir katra uzņēmuma neatņemama sastāvdaļa, lai attīstītos un gūtu lielākus ieņēmumus. Laboratorijas nav izņēmums, īpaši Covid pandēmijas laikā. Tāpēc ne viena vien laboratorija nevēlas zaudēt klientus un līdz ar to arī ieņēmumus.
