Digitālā transformācija būvniecības nozarē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Digitālā transformācija būvniecības nozarē”, mērķis ir novērtēt Digitālās transformācijas (DT) potenciālu būvniecības nozarē, un noteikt tās ietekmi uz nozares turpmāko attīstību. Būvniecības nozare ir viena no lielākajām nozarēm pasaulē, tajā pašā laikā viena no vismazāk digitalizētajām. Visaptverošas, kombinētas digitālās tehnoloģijas un automatizācijas iespējas paver jaunas iespējas būvniecības nozarē. Pirmajā darba daļā tiek skatīts būvniecības nozares vispārējs raksturojums, nozares digitalizācijas ietvars pasaules kontekstā, DT būtība, tās ietekmējošie faktori, un no tās izrietošās ieviešanas metodes un instrumenti. Otrā daļā tiek aplūkoti nozari definējošie rādītāji, Latvijas konkurētspējas izvērtējums būvniecības procesu produktivitātē un digitālo risinājumu pielietošanā, līdzšinējās iestrādnes, un nozares esošās problēmas. Trešā nodaļā tiek analizētas digitālās prasmes un inovāciju tendencs Latvijā, un digitalizāciju praktizējoša Latvijas uzņēmuma “Echoo Group” darbība. Darba gaitā ir izteikti secinājumi par to, kā DT un inovācijas varētu palīdzēt uzlabot produktivitāti ilgtspējīgai būvniecības nozares attīstībai, un veicināt gan kā uzņēmumu, gan valsts konkurētspēju. Šis bakalaura darbs atspoguļo, kā digitālo tehnoloģiju un risinājumu ieviešana ir palielinājusi izpratni par DT būvniecībā, un likusi pamatus tās stratēģiskai un plānotai ieviešanai Latvijas būvuzņēmumu darbībā. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs galvenajām nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Darba kopējais apjoms ir 96 lapas, tajā iekļautas 16 tabulas 4 pielikumi. Par galvenajiem darba atslēgvārdiem tika izvirzīti “Digitālā transformācija”, “Būvniecība”, “Digitalizācija” “Digitālās tehnoloģijas” un to kombinācija.

The bachelor's thesis "Digital Transformation in the Construction Sector" aims to assess the potential of Digital Transformation (DT) in the construction sector and determine its impact on the future development of the industry. The construction industry is one of the largest in the world and one of the least digitized. Comprehensive, combined digital technologies and automation opportunities open up new opportunities in the construction industry. The first chapter of the work examined a general description of the construction industry, the framework of digitalization of the industry in the global context, the nature of DT, its influencing factors, and the resulting implementation methods and tools. The second chapter looks at indicators defining the industry, the assessment of Latvia's competitiveness in the productivity of construction processes and the application of digital solutions, the current developments, and the existing problems of the industry. The third chapter analyzes the digital skills and innovation trend in Latvia and the activities of the Latvian company “Echoo Group” practicing digitization. The paper draws conclusions on how DT and innovation could help improve productivity for the sustainable development of the construction industry and boost the competitiveness of both companies and the state. This bachelor's thesis reflects how the introduction of digital technologies and solutions has increased the understanding of DT in construction and laid the foundations for its strategic and planned implementation in the operation of Latvian construction companies. The bachelor's thesis consists of an introduction, three main chapters, conclusions, and suggestions. The total volume of the work is 96 pages, it includes 16 tables and 4 attachments. The main keywords of the work were “Digital Transformation”, “Construction”, “Digitization”, “Digital Technologies”, “Automation” and their combination.
