Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Nekustamā īpašuma nodokļa piemērošanas kārtība Baltijas valstīs”. Darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz nekustamā īpašuma nodokļa piemērošanas kārtības analīzi Baltijas valstīs, identificēt esošās problēmas šī nodokļa piemērošanā Latvijā un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tā pilnveidei. Tiek pētīts, kā tiek piemērots nekustamā īpašuma nodoklis Latvijā, Lietuvā un Igaunijā, to kopīgās un atšķirīgās iezīmes. Darba uzdevumi bija izpētīt nekustamā īpašuma nodokļa būtību, apkopot informāciju par nodokļu sistēmas izveides pamata principiem, kā arī noskaidrot, vai nekustamā īpašuma nodoklis ietekmē investīcijās nekustamajā īpašumā. Analizēt kadastrālās vērtības noteikšanas un aprēķināšanas kārtību, analizēt NĪN piemērošanas, aprēķināšanas un atvieglojumu piešķiršanas kārtību Latvijā un salīdzināt to Baltijas valstu starpā, kā arī veikt secinājumus un izstrādāt ieteikumus Latvijas nekustamā īpašuma nodokļa piemērošanas pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darbs veidots no ievada, 4 nodaļām, 14 apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Darbā iekļautas 80 lapas, 14 attēli, 2 tabulas. Literatūras sarakstā iekļauti 39 avoti. The theme of the Bachelor’s theses is “ The application procedure of real estate tax in the Baltic States”. The aim of the work is, based on the analysis of the real estate tax application procedure in the Baltic States, to identify the existing problems in the application of this tax in Latvia and develop suggestions for its improvement. The application of real estate tax in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia, and their common and different features are studied as well. The tasks were to study the essence of the real estate tax, gather information on the basic principles of the tax system, as well as to find out whether the real estate tax affects investment in the real estate field. To analyze the procedure for determining and calculating the cadastral value, to compare both real estate tax and available benefits between the Baltic States. To draw conclusions and to develop recommendations for the improvement of the application of the Latvian real estate tax. The bachelor thesis consists of an introduction, 4 chapters, 14 sub-chapters, conclusions, and suggestions. The work contains 80 pages, including 14 pictures, and 2 tables.
