Projekts: Uzņēmuma "Instrumenti" jaunās struktūrvienības izveidošana

Abstract

Projekta “Jaunās struktūrvienības izveidošana SIA Instrumenti” ideja ir pastāvošam uzņēmumam, kurš nodarbojas ar palīgmateriālu, ķimikālijas, instrumentu auto un celtniecības nozares profesionāļiem, tiešo pārdošanu, izveidot jaunu struktūrvienību – mazumtirdzniecības veikalu. Uzņēmums “Instrumenti” pastāv tirgū jau 15 gadus un saskaņā ar finanšu pārskatiem, uzņēmumam pēdējos trīs gados pārdošanas apjoms neattīstās. Atverot mazumtirdzniecības veikalu, uzņēmums varēs paplašināt savai produkcijai noietu, palielināt zīmola atpazīstamību, iegūt jaunus klientus, palielināt pārdošanas sortimentu jau pie esošajiem klientiem, palielināt apgrozījumu. Klientiem veikals palīdzes atrisināt preču iepirkuma problēmas, piedāvājot uz vietas apskatīt preci un saņemt profesionālo konsultāciju. Veikala nosaukums izvēlēts “Tools”. Veikala klienti būs juridiskās personas, rūpniecības, auto un būvniecības nozares profesionāļi. Veikals piedāvās plašu sortimenta klāstu, iekļaujot ap 7 000 preces. Veikala mērķis ir “būt tuvāk klientam”, piedāvājot ātro risinājumu preču piegādes procesā. Esošam uzņēmumam juridiskā forma ir kapitālsabiedrība – sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību. Uzņēmuma “Instrumenti” dalībnieks no 2007 gada ir Vācijas uzņēmums “Tools Holding”, kas ir viens no vadošiem Eiropas uzņēmumiem, kas pārdod palīgmateriālus, ķimikālijas, instrumentus auto un celtniecības nozares profesionāļiem. Kopumā Holdingā ietilpst daudzi uzņēmumi, kuri atrodas 23 valstīs. Adrese veikalam tiek izvēlēta vienā no topošajiem industriālajiem parkiem “Dienvidu vārti” pēc adreses Rīga, Rēzeknes iela 5a. Industriālais parks ir specializēta saimnieciskajai darbībai paredzēta zona, kura ir aprīkota ar visu nepieciešamo saimnieciskās darbības veikšanai, sākot no enerģijas resursiem un beidzot ar loģistiku. Parku pārvalda specializēts uzņēmums. Kompleksa teritorijā darbības veic vairāki uzņēmumi, kas nav juridiski saistīti. Pēdējā laikā industriālie parki ir ļoti pieprasīti uzņēmējiem. Šāda veida parkiem ir virkne priekšrocību. Šajā teritorijā ir uzbūvēta laba infrastruktūra, teritorijā ir koncentrēti daudz potenciālo veikala klienti un konkurenti. Autors veica izpēti uzņēmumā “Instrumenti” organizatorisko struktūru. Pašlaik tā funkcionē stabili un efektīvi. Uzņēmumā ir organizētas specializētās nodaļas. Katra nodaļa atbild par saviem uzdevumiem un ir nozīmēti nodaļas vadītāji, kuru pienākums ir kontrolēt un plānot to uzdevumu izpildi. Kopumā uzņēmumā ir četras nodaļas: finanšu, loģistikas, administrācijas un pārdošanas nodaļas. Uzņēmumu vada uzņēmuma valdes loceklis. Topošajam veikalam vadības un administratīvas funkcijas pildīs uzņēmumā esošais darbinieku štats. Veikala struktūrvienība būs pārdošanas nodaļas pakļautībā, un to vadīs uzņēmuma pārdošanas vadītājs. Šāda struktūra ļauj uzņēmumam labāk kontrolēt un izpildīt kopējo uzņēmuma un veikala pārdošanas stratēģiju, veicināt labāko informēšanu par mazumtirdzniecības nozares pieprasījumu, uzturēt atgriezenisko saiti.

The idea behind the project “Establishment of a New Structural Unit in SIA Instrumenti” is to establish a new structural unit – retail trade store – for an existing company engaged in direct sales of ancillary materials, chemicals, tools to professionals in the automotive and construction sector. The company Instrumenti has been existing in the market for 15 years already and according to financial reports the sales volume of the company has not been developing for the last three years. By opening a retail trade store, the company would be able to expand the sales of its products, increase brand awareness, obtain new clients, enlarge the sales assortment with already existing clients, and expand the turnover. The store will help clients to solve product procurement issues, by offering to inspect the product and receive professional advice on site. The selected name of the store is “TOOLS”. Store clients will be legal entities, professionals in the industrial, automotive and construction sector. The store will offer a wide assortment range, covering approximately 7,000 goods. The purpose of the store is “to be closer to the client”, offering an expedient solution during the product delivery process. The legal status of the existing company is a capital company – limited liability company. As of 2007, the shareholder of the company Instrumenti has been a German company Tools Holding, being one of the leading European companies engaged in selling ancillary materials, chemicals, tools to professionals in the automotive and construction sector. In total, the Holding incorporates many companies located in 23 countries. The address of the store is chosen in one of the developing industrial parks Southern Gate (Dienvidu vārti), namely, in Riga, 5a Rēzeknes Street. The industrial park is a specialised area intended for economic operation, equipped with all that is necessary for carrying out economic operation, starting from energy resources to logistics. The park is administered by a specialised company. Several legally unrelated companies are performing their activities in the territory of the complex. Industrial parks are in high demand among entrepreneurs lately. Such types of parks have quite a number of advantages. This territory has good infrastructure; a lot of potential store clients and competitors are concentrated in the territory. The author performed research regarding the organisational structure of the company Instrumenti. It is currently functioning in a stable and effective manner. Specialised departments are organised in the company. Each department is responsible for its own tasks, with the heads of departments appointed, whose duty is to control and plan the fulfilment of their tasks. In total, there are four departments in the company: financial, logistics, administration and sales departments. The company is managed by the member of its Management Board.
