Projekts: Konditorejas “Tasty cakes” dibināšana

Abstract

Projekta idejas pamatā ir konditorejas izstrādājumu ražošana, kas nesatur glutēnu, cukuru un laktozi, kā arī klientu apkalpošana konditorejas telpās. Saskaņā ar Latvijas Centrālas statistikas pārvaldes datiem Latvijas iedzīvotāju vidū pēdējo deviņpadsmit gadu laikā ir novērojamas negatīvas tendences ķermeņa masas aspektā – cilvēku skaits ar lieku svaru tikai pieaug. Turklāt dietologi ir pārliecināti, ka baltais cukurs nesatur cilvēka uzturam svarīgas vielas un to pārmērīga lietošana izraisa aptaukošanos. Jāpiebilst, ka mūsdienās ir ļoti izplatītas tādas slimības kā glutēna sensitivitāte un laktozes intolerance, un šobrīd vienīgā zināmā šo slimību ārstēšanas terapija ir stingras diētas ievērošana. SIA “Tasty cakes” produkciju nosacīti var iedalīt piecās kategorijās: tortes, svaigēdāju kūkas, eklēri, mafini un dzērieni. Kopējais konditorejas izstrādājumu klāsts sastādīs 23 vienības: pieci toršu veidi, vienpadsmit svaigēdāju kūku veidi, pieci mafinu veidi un divi eklēru veidi. Piedāvātās produkcijas atšķirīga iezīme būs ne tikai sortimenta daudzveidība, jo tiks iekļauti izstrādājumi gan ar tradicionālu garšu, gan ar unikālām garšu kombinācijām, bet arī tas augstā kvalitāte. Bastoties uz vairākiem pieņēmumiem, tika sastādīts SIA “Tasty cakes” finanšu plāns par periodu no 2022. gada jūlija līdz 2025. gada decembrim. Pirmo darbības gadu SIA “Tasty cakes” noslēgs ar zaudējumiem -6 277 EUR vērtībā. Tomēr jau 2023. gada beigās, kā arī turpmākajos gados veidosies peļņa – 2023. gadā tā sastādīs 8 330 EUR, 2024. gadā – 10 351 EUR un 2025. gadā – 13 138 EUR. 2022. gada beigās veidosies negatīva naudas plūsma, jo izdevumi pārsniegs ieņēmumus. Lielāko daļu no izdevumiem sastādīs darba algas, ilgtermiņa ieguldījumu iegāde, izejvielu un materiālu iegāde. Tomēr sākot ar 2023. gadu neto naudas plūsma būs pozitīva. Kopējai bilances vērtībai ir raksturīga augšupejoša tendence. 2023. gadā bilances vērtība palielināsies par 157,88% salīdzinājumā ar iepriekšējo gadu, ko veicinās produkcijas ražošanas un realizācijas jaudu palielinājums, proti, tiks nodarbināts jauns personas un tiks izmantots arī netiešais realizācijas kanāls. Turpmākajos gados bilances vērtības pieaugums būs mērenāks, proti, 2024. gadā palielināsies par 29,79% salīdzinājumā ar 2023. gadu, bet 2025. gadā – par 29,55% salīdzinājumā ar 2024. gadu. Projekts atmaksāsies 3 gadu 11 mēnešu laikā. 2026. gadā tīrā tagadnes vērtība būs pozitīva un vienāda ar 4 740 EUR. Iekšējā ienesīguma likme piecu periodu laikā sasniegs 17,56%, kas ir augstāks rezultāts, nekā Valsts kases 2022. gada otrā ceturkšņa diskonta likme – 11,54%. 2025. gadā ROIC rādītājs sasniegs visaugstāko vērtību – 54,79%, kas nozīmē, ka viens eiro investētā kapitāla nesīs peļņu 55 centu apmērā.

The project idea is based on the production of gluten-free, sugar-free and lactose-free pastry products, as well as on servicing customers in the premises of the pastry shop. According to the data of the Central Statistical Bureau of Latvia, negative body weight trends have been observed among the inhabitants of Latvia throughout the period of the last nineteen years – the number of overweight people has only been increasing. Furthermore, nutritionists are convinced that white sugar does not contain substances that are important for human consumption from a nutritional point of view and that its excessive consumption leads to obesity. It should be noted that medical conditions such as gluten sensitivity and lactose intolerance are very common nowadays, and the only known treatment for these medical conditions available at present is a strict diet. SIA “Tasty cakes” products can be divided into five categories: cakes, no-bake cakes, éclairs, muffins, and drinks. The total range of pastry products will consist of 23 items: five types of cakes, eleven types of no-bake cakes, five types of muffins, and two types of éclairs. A distinctive feature of the offered range of pastry products will be not only their diversity, because products both with traditional flavours and unique flavour combinations will be included, but also their high quality. Based on several assumptions, the financial plan of SIA “Tasty cakes” for the period from July 2022 to December 2025 was drawn up. SIA “Tasty cakes” will close its first year of operation with losses in the amount of -6,277 EUR. However, already at the end of 2023, as well as in the following years, the company will generate profits – 8,330 EUR in 2023; 10,351 EUR in 2024; and 13,138 EUR in 2025. A negative cash flow will be generated at the end of 2022, as expenses will exceed revenues. Most of the expenses will be comprised of salaries, acquisition of long-term investments, purchase of raw materials and supplies. However, starting from 2023 onwards, the net cash flow will be positive. The total balance sheet value is characterized by an upwards trend. In 2023, the balance sheet value will increase by 157,88% compared to the previous year, driven by the increase of production volumes and increase of the sales output, i.e., new staff members will be employed, and the indirect sales channel will be used. Growth of the balance sheet value will be more moderate in the coming years, i.e., in 2024 it will increase by 29,79% compared to 2023, but in 2025 – by 29,55% compared to 2024. The pay-back period of the project will be 3 years and 11 months. In 2026, the net present value will be positive and equal to 4,740 EUR. The internal rate of return will reach 17,56% within a period of five years, which is a result higher than the discount rate of the second quarter of 2022 of the Treasury of the Republic of Latvia – 11,54%. In 2025, the ROIC indicator will reach the highest value – 54,79%.
