dc.description.abstractMetālisko elementu satura variācijas augsnē un dārzeņos. Lazdiņa L., darba vadītājs lekt., Mg.chem. Balcerbule Z. Bakalaura darbs, 45 lappuses, 11 attēli, 22 tabulas, 51 literatūras avots, 6 pielikumi. Latviešu valodā. Bakalaura darba ietvaros tika ievākti, sagatavoti un analizēti augsnes paraugi no 2 dažādiem laukiem ar līdzīgu granulometrisko sastāvu. Analīzei ievāca arī šajos laukos audzētus burkānus (daucus carota), bietes (beta vulgaris) un kartupeļus (solanum tuberosum). Augsnes un dārzeņu paraugos ar liesmas atomabsorbciometru noteica vara, cinka, dzelzs un mangāna saturu, dārzeņu paraugos papildus noteica arī mitruma saturu. Augsnes un dārzeņu paraugos ar induktīvi saistītās plazmas masspektrometru noteica vara, cinka, dzelzs, mangāna, alumīnija, magnija, fosfora, kālija un kalcija saturu. Iegūtie rezultāti statistiski apstrādāti un izvērtēti.
dc.description.abstractVariations in the content of metallic elements in soil and vegetables. Lazdiņa L., supervisor lect., Mg.chem. Balcerbule Z. Bachelor thesis, 45 pages, 11 figures, 22 tables, 51 references, 6 appendices. In the Latvian language. The purpose of the bachelor thesis was to analyze soil and vegetable samples. The soil samples were collected from 2 different fields, with similar granulometric compositions. Carrots (daucus carota), beets (beta vulgaris), and potatoes (solanum tuberosum) grown in these fields were also collected. Soil and vegetable samples were analyzed using a flame atomic absorption spectrometer and the content of copper, zinc, iron, and manganese was determined. Additionally, vegetable moisture content was also determined. With inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer the content of copper, zinc, iron, manganese, aluminium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and calcium was determined. The results were processed and evaluated.
