dc.description.abstractBakalaura darbu „Praktiskie darbi ģeomātikas prasmju pilnveidei ģeogrāfijā pamatskolā” izstrādāja LU Ķīmijas fakultātes 4. kursa students Lauris Freimanis; bakalaura darba vadītāja: Dr. ģeogr. Gunta Kalvāne. Darba mērķis bija raksturot praktisko darbu izmantošanas iespējas ģeomātikas prasmju pilnveidei ģeogrāfijā pamatskolā. Pētījumā analizēta ģeomātikas nozīme un apguves metodes. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika izstrādāti un aprobēti astoņi ģeomātikas praktiskie darbi pamatskolas ģeogrāfijā. Ar anketēšanas palīdzību tika pētīts, kā vienas Purvciema skolas Rīgā un citu skolu skolēni pašnovērtē 14 dotu ģeomātikas prasmju apguvi. Tika noskaidrots, ka abu grupu skolēni vērtē, ka lietotnēs - Google Maps un Waze – bieži nepieciešamās prasmes apguvuši vislabāk. Pašnovērtējumi arī uzrāda, ka atsevišķas prasmes Purvciema skolas skolēni apguvuši labāk, savukārt citās skolās tās netiek apgūtas nemaz.
dc.description.abstractThe research paper „Practical work for the improvement of Geomatics skills in Geography in elementary school” was drafted by the Latvian University 4th course student of the faculty of Chemistry Lauris Freimanis; the supervisor of the research paper: Dr. geogr. Gunta Kalvāne. The aim was to describe the usage of practical work for the development of Geomatics skills in elementary school Geography. The significance and the methods of learning Geomatics were analyzed in the research. In order to achieve the aim of the research eight practical works were created and tested in elementary school Geography lessons. With the use of surveys a research was made in which students of a school in Purvciems, Riga, and other schools had self-evaluated their Geomatics skills from the 14 that had been listed. It was found out that both groups tend to self-evaluate the skills frequently required for the usage of Google Maps and Waze higher. Self-evaluations also show that certain skills are better mastered by the students of the school in Purvciems, Riga, whilst in some schools they have never been taught.
