Medus izcelsmes novērtēšana, izmantojot ķīmisko elementu un ogļhidrātu saturu. Bavrins K., zinātniskais vadītājs prof. Bartkevičs V. Nosakot tikai elementu un ogļhidrātu saturu medus paraugos, iespējams identificēt to izcelsmi un autentiskumu. Maģistra darba ietvaros apkopota informācija par medus elementu sastāvu un tā noteikšanas metodēm. Eksperimentālajā daļā noteikts elementu saturs medus paraugiem ar dažādu izcelsmi, kā arī ir veikta iegūto rezultātu statistiskā analīze, kas atklāja likumsakarības starp medus veidu un elementu un ogļhidrātu saturu. By determining only the content of elements and carbohydrates in honey samples, it is possible to identify their origin and authenticity. Within the framework of the master's thesis, information on the composition of honey elements and methods for its determination has been compiled. The experimental part determines the content of elements in honey samples of different origins, as well as the statistical analysis of the obtained results, which revealed the correlation between the type of honey and the content of elements and carbohydrates.
