Kvalitatīva mamogrāfijas ar tomosintēzi izmeklējuma nosacījumi krūts vēža diagnostikā

Bakalaura darba tēma “Kvalitatīva mamogrāfijas ar tomosintēzi izmeklējuma nosacījumi krūts vēža diagnostikā”. Bakalaura darba mērķis noskaidrot digitālās mamogrāfijas ar tomosintēzi kvalitatīva izmeklējuma nosacījumus krūts vēža diagnostikā. Pirmajā nodaļā analizēta krūts normālā anatomija un radioloģiskā anatomija. Otrajā nodaļā analizēta krūts vēža klīniskā aina, patomorfoloģija un radioloģiskā izmeklēšana. Trešajā nodaļā analizēta krūts rentgenogramma kraniokaudālā projekcija un mediolaterālā slīpā projekcija, pacienta pozicionēšana, ekspozīcijas un tehniskie parametri un attēla kvalitātes kritēriji. Ceturtajā nodaļā ir aprakstīta pētījuma metodoloģija un veiktā pētījuma rezultātu analīze. Rezultātā izvirzītā hipotēze apstiprinājās, pētījumā tika secināts, ka izmeklējuma kvalitāti ietekmē sadarbība ar pacientu un tehnisko parametru izvēle. Kvalifikācijas darbu veido 4 nodaļas un 6 apakšnodaļas, tika formulēti 8 secinājumi, darbā tika izmantoti 34 literatūras avoti. The thesis of the bachelor work is “Conditions for a qualitative mammography examination with tomosynthesis for the diagnosis of breast cancer”. The aim of the thesis is to clarify the digital quality conditions of breast cancer diagnostics for mammography with tomosynthesis. In the first chapter a regular breast anatomy and radiological anatomy have been analyzed. The second chapter contains the analyzes of a clinical picture, pathomorphological and radiological examination of the breast cancer. The third chapter reviews the X - ray craniocaudal projection and mediolateral oblique projection of the breast, as well as positioning of the patient, technical and exposition parameters and qualitative criteria of the image. The forth chapter describes the methodology and presents the results obtained during the research of the bachelor thesis. The results show that the hypothesis was proven. It was proved by the research that the quality of the diagnostics is affected both by the choice of technical parameters as well as by collaboration with the patient. The thesis consists of 4 chapters and 6 subsections, as well 8 concluding statements were formulated. 34 information sources were analyzed for this thesis.
