Radiogrāfera taktika veicot pleca locītavas artrogrāfijas izmeklējumu datortomogrāfijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Radiogrāfera taktika veicot pleca locītavas artrogrāfijas izmeklējumu datortomogrāfijā”. Darba mērķis ir salīdzināt pasaules literatūrā rekomendējamo standarta pleca locītavas datortomogrāfijas izmeklēšanas protokolu un rekomendējamo pleca locītavas artrogrāfijas datortomogrāfijas protokolu un noskaidrot atšķirības izmeklējumu tehniskajos parametros. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās daļas, pētniecības daļas un secinājumiem. Teorētiskajā daļā ir analizēta un apkopota literatūra par pleca locītavas anatomiju, glenohumerālas locītavas patoloģijām datortomogrāfijas un datortomogrāfijas artrogrāfijas izmeklējumiem. Apkopota informācijas par attēla kvalitātes kritērijiem pleca locītavas datortomogrāfijā, datortomogrāfijas artrogrāfijā. Pētniecībās daļā veikta zinātniskas literatūras analīze un izstrādāti optimālie protokoli pleca locītavas vizualizācijai, ka arī veikta šo protokolu salīdzināšana ar protokoliem, kas tiek pielietoti viena Rīgas ambulatorajā medicīnas iestādes diagnostiskajā radioloģijas nodaļā. Darba apjoms ir 42 lpp. Darbs sastāv no 5 nodaļām, 7 apakšnodaļām un 4 pielikumiem. Izmantoti 24 literatūras un informācijas avoti.

Bachelor's thesis “Tactics of radiographer when performing shoulder computed tomography arthrography”. The purpose of this work is to compare the recomended standart shoulder CT protocol and the recomended shoulder CT artrography protocol, to determine the differences in the technical parameters of each examination. Thesis consists of an introduction, theoretical and research parts and conclusions. Theoretical part consists of the analysis of the literature about the shoulder joint, pathologies of the glenohumeral joint, computed tomography and computed tomography artrography examinations. The research paper summarizes the literature about the image quality criteria of the shoulder joint computed tomography and computed tomography artrography examinations. The research part of the thesis consists of the analisis of scientific literature and the development of optimal protocols for visualization of the shoulder joint and the comparative analisis of the developed protocol to the one used in one of Rigas outpatient medical centers radiology department. The volume of work is 42 pages. The work consist of 5 sections, 7 subsections un 4 annexes. There where used 24 literature and information sources.
