Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Attēla kvalitātes kritēriji un standarti kakla mīksto audu datortomogrāfijā”. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās un pētniecīskās daļas, kā arī secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Teorētiskajā daļā ir analizēta literatūra par kakla mīksto audu anatomisko uzbūvi, patoloģijām un datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumu. Apkopota un analizēta literatūra par kontrastvielas pielietojumu un attēla kvalitātes kritērijiem kakla mīksto audu datortomogrāfijā. Pētniecības daļā balstoties uz teorētiskās daļas izvirzītajiem attēla kvalitātes kritērijiem un standartiem, veikts kvalitatīvs pētījums, analizējot 30 kakla mīksto audu datortomogrāfijas izmeklējuma attēlus. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kakla daļas mīksto audu attēla kvalitātes kritērijus un standartus datortomogrāfijā. Darba kopējais apjoms ir 38 lappuses, kas sastāv no ievada, 4 nodaļām un 10 apakšnodaļām, darbā iekļauti 2 pielikumi, veikti 9 secinājumi un 1 priekšlikums. Bakalaura darbā ir analizēti un apkopoti 37 literatūras avoti. Biežāk izmantotie atslēgas vārdi ir kakla mīkstie audi, anatomija, datortomogrāfija, patoloģija, izmeklējuma kvalitāte.

The theme of bachelor “Image quality criteria and standards for the soft tissue of the neck in computed tomography”. The bachelor's work consists of an introductory, theoretical and research part, as well as conclusions and proposals. The theoretical part analyses the literature on the anatomical structure, pathology, and computed tomography (CT) examination of the soft tissue of the neck. Pooled and analyzed literature on the use of contrast medium and image quality criteria in the computed tomography (CT) of the soft tissue of the neck. A qualitative study has been conducted on the basis of image quality criteria and standards from the theoretical part, analysing images of a computed tomography (CT) of 30 soft tissue of the neck. The job aims to clarify the quality criteria and standards of the soft tissue of the neck image in computer tomography (CT). The total amount of work is 38 pages consisting of introductory, 4 chapters and 10 sub-chapters, 2 annexes, 9 conclusions and 1 proposal. The bachelor's work has analyzed and compiled 37 sources of literature. The most common keywords are soft tissue of the neck, anatomy, CT – computer tomography, pathology, exam quality.
